Great stay”

My wife and I loved the hotel, it was great with the complementary tea and coffee. It was clean and close to Hakata Station. Staff are friendly and helpful. One thing be great is having a retractable clothesline for hanging clothes would be great. Overall great stay!

I stayed in this hotel the first time I ever landed in Japan”

Convenient hotel. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed when I visited Japan for the first time back in 2017. Yup, not Toyko but Fukuoka. I was traveling Kokura this time but I thought I'd give Fukuoka a visit again. Very different scene as many development is taking place, very busy and crowded. Anyway, this hotel is convenient, just at the back, on the quiet side of Hakata station. Convenient when you are traveling around different places, esp. using the bullet train. There are many late dinning but 24 hours dinning are on the other side of the train station. Supermarket is nearby the station as well. I won't say it is a perfect hotel but is a hotel on a great location and practical. Don't expect the view though 'cos it is a brick wall. If you are traveling during winter, the air conditioning is central so can get quite warm, esp. if you are smokers. But during summer or autumn, air-condition is perfect from last experience. Give it a try if you travel to Fukuoka.

Check in and check out was a breeze using the machine. Didn't really interact with the staff. It's a typical business hotel - small room but good enough to just sleep in if you are out and about exploring the place most of the time. Great location. Just opposite the JR station. Would stay here again and recommend this hotel too.

It is worth to stay this hotel if you want to catch early flight at Fukuoka Airport as there have early train to go to airport. This hotel just in front of Hakata Station and near to convenient store. This hotel provide the microwave, sweets and teas. Worth to stay in Hakata.

Perfect location , ideal for single traveler”

Super near to Hakata station, perfect for shopping/ early train! The room is standard japan size, but you can open your suitcase and pack. Given it’s price , would definitely recommend for single traveler like me who needs a decent place for sleeping:)

Awesome location”

Check-in and check-out was a breeze, so high-tech, this hotel is easy to find, just across the Hakata train station. Friendly staff and room is cleaned everyday - all toiletries and towels changed everyday. Highly recommended.

Very convenient location”

Super near Hakata station. You can walk from the Chikushi East Exit. There’s also a direct exit near the hotel. Rooms are small but if you’re out most of the time, this shouldn’t be a problem. Staff had a hard time understanding English but Google Translate helped a lot! lol

GREAT STAY”

Good Location just 5 minutes walk from airport train to hotel, underground of the hotel connected to all shopping mall, no need worried during rainy day. Only no complimentary bottled drinking water so need to buy everyday from convenient shop. Front counter need to improve communicate with guests in basic English but the service person in charge of Agoda app chat super efficient & good in English. After chatted with PIC of Agoda app, front counter service immediately improved. She will walked out helping us for next day 2nd check-in instead of standing inside the counter looking at us keep on non-stop tried to key wrongly couldn't find our booking details in their system for our 1st check-in. I rated excellent for PIC of Agoda app chat.

The Hotel is just across the Hakata Station. It is very convenient especially when you have kids in tow. The area constitutes lots of cafes, diners, restaurants, aside the the Hakata Station malls shops. It is a great value for money considering its proximity to the main city.

Location ”

The hotel room size is small in general however it is standard in Japan. Bathroom is so small until you hit the wall everytime you take the shower. The hotel location is just opposite the Hakata train station facing Shinkansen entrance, or if you take the subway, it is just behind the subway East exit Gate 6. Many choices of food available around the hotel, within walking distance. If you travel around Fukuoka by train every day, this is the best hotel to stay. You can take daily train from Hakata station to Nagasaki, Huis Ten Bosch, Yufuin, Kumamoto, etc.
