Hi, location is great just a few steps and we had more food options, a market and most importantly a drug store is nearby. The place is clean but the sofa at the front desk need to be cleaned since I could see the dirt on the sides, overall great place to stay, we came early and our room selected was not available but they surely provided us options and even let us see the room before diciding. Staff's are all nice and always smiling.

My partner with the leg injury will have difficulty using the stairs so we requested for a ground level room. The only available room was a family room on ground level, so they transferred us there for the same rate as the deluxe double bed room at no additional cost! Thank you Sunny Point! The hotel was just located along Ma-a main road and is very accessible even through commute. Convenience store, pharmacy and 7eleven is just a minute or two away adjacent to the hotel gate. The room was very spacious for a standard room with two beds, restroom is also not small and the bathroom is also spacious, which is so guest friendly for me. You have almost everything you needed in the room; refrigerator, heater, huge closet, vanity mirror on multipurpose table and a huge window if you needed a little sunlight without the hassle of the heat outside. I defintely recommed Suuny Point Hotel :)

With fridge & kettle. Good for those who prefer to prepare their own coffee during early morning and place is quiet. Love that they have enough parking spots for guest travelling with car. It will be inside the compound, safe. Room is big for two and we have our own sofa and coffee table for sitting not just on the bed. Staff are nice. Guard is helpful.

Nice place close to family”
I was scared at first because of the ratings, but my fiance told me to give the place a try. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was closed to the mall and family. We stayed there for about three days. I would stay there again the staff was great and great security I felt safe.

This hotel is affordable. What you pay is what you get. I booked a room for two. The room is small and the bed is literally just beside the door to the CR. The bed is too soft but the comforter is so comfy.

Our stay was good. It was actually our 2nd time around to be there. The room was great. Overall the place, no complains. Also the staffs are nice. Although, they had us wait for 1hr for checking in because the room was not yet prepared, but we understand since they had a lot of guess that time. Just prove that they have good place to stay. Highly recommended!

I booked twin beds on Agoda and upon arrival was told that an extra would cost me P350 on top of what I already paid. Very misleading. Deposit fee was twice the amount of what I paid for my stay for a night, P1000 to be exact. This place is not very good for budget travelers. On room 205 our toilet stinks.

THE ROOM IS CLEAN. STAFF IS ACCOMODATING BUT THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T EXPECT THAT I BOOKED ROOM WITH BATHTUB BUT WHEN WE ARRIVED THEY GAVE US ROOM WITH NO BATHTUB. THE STAFF SAYS IT'S ONLY IN THE COVER PICTURE. OMG! DISAPPOINTED. MY KIDS GOT UPSET. AND THEIR PHONES IS NOT WORKING YOU NEED TO GO DOWN IN THE LOBBY IF YOU NEED SOMETHING.

We have late check in but we arrived there and the room is still not clean, the CR to be specific. There is a pubic hair in the toilet. There is an used clothes inside the bathroom. To think we have covid-19 pandemic. They should have properly sanitized the place.
