Sunpark Hotel Naito is where I always stay when I go to Kofu.

Good location but...”
The location was great, room had a nice view of what remains of Nara castle. But unfortunately, they stay wasn't too pleasant for us. We had requested for a non-smoking room but they ran out of it. They nicely emailed us in advance that they could only provide a smoking room. Somehow during our stay, especially through the night, cigarette smoke smell kept creeping into our room and it became difficult for us to sleep despite the air purifier that they had provided. In summary, this hotel is actually not too bad as it provides free onsen for male guests. But unless you can secure a non-smoking room or don't mind the lack thereof, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Convenient for proximity to train station”
I chose this hotel because I was arriving at midnight and leaving early in the morning and wanted to be close to the train station. It served its purpose. Room was clean (though a little outdated), breakfast was decent (Japanese), staff were polite. Would stay here again for a quick stop-over.

First I thought I need to walk a bit to the hotel. But actually it is right next to the station. Lots of foods around. Nice hotspring bath. I didn't use my room bathroom at all.

Very near to Nagano station. Small bathroom. Limited number of non smoking room. Please check before booking. Staff were great, speak good english.

Everything is fine, the best location”
Small hotel and small room, basic facilities. Located in the heart of the city, beside the train station and the beautiful Maizurujo Park. Staffs are polite and helpful. Luckily I get the last parking at night check-in, that mean they may not enough in-hotel parking.

Location worked for us”
Rooms was larger than expected, but the bathroom is super tight. Beds and bathroom were clean, but room could use an overall dusting. It is an older facility and could use a little updating. I speak Japanese so I was fine, but staff has very limited English speaking ability. The Oruro is only available for men to use.

全体的に清潔で、シャワーとトイレが別、アメニティも必要な分自分で選んで貰えるタイプ、居心地がよかった。 お風呂も大浴場が別にあるのはありがたい。 ただ、大浴場および浴場内の脱衣場の床が常に濡れているようで、そこだけ気になった。あとは十分な内容のホテル。 ホテル内でワインが飲めるのも大変嬉しかった。

駅から近く、男性のみ大浴場があります。 アメニティに過不足もありませんので安心できました。 ただし、オートロックではないこと、 空調の施設がやや古めであることだけは要注意かもしれません。
