Regular to this hotel, room was NOT as requested got high floor but two small beds (booked double) very limited seaview when promised upgrade, food excellent good choice but barely room temperature not hot. Drinks poor quality would not use again poor value for money paid

Staff is realy friendly and helpful, room are spacious, some deserve a renovation but still in good shape. Nice lagoon beach, plenty of food to choose, nice entertainment program. Also they let us stay +6 h more after check out. Highly recomended.

We got a free upgrade to a mega room. Most of the Staff are nice. We basically ate breakfast lunch and dinner at the same restaurant. Food is good overall. Wish there was more seafood options. They have a diving center on site. We joined their diving tour and it was worth it. The team took great care of us and made sure our safety.

The hotel location is great, staff are very helpful, food is also great. Be mindful when booking the rooms as the 6th & 7th floors have the upgraded and refurbished rooms which are much better than the other rooms.

If you are looking to relax, this is the hotel for you, friendly and efficient staff, extremely well kept hotel, the cleanliness is first rate and good food either buffet style in the general restaurant or you can book a la carte in the other 2. If you are feeling energetic there is a boat which will take you diving or snorkeling out in the bay. A great hotel.

Great Service”
The staff at this all inclusive resort are quite friendly and are very intent on their guests having a great experience. The food in the buffet is plentiful. The alternative restaurant Gamila is very good, but the extra cost restaurant Nasaya is excellent. The beach and pool areas are spotless and there are plenty of staff members available in every part of the complex. There are shops, a beauty salon, spa, tour desk, taxi desk, pool table, and daily organized activities. There is limited evening entertainment. The room could have been cleaner. The floor in the room always felt sandy, even though it was on the 7th floor. It was mopped daily but really needed a good sweeping. The shower drained so slowly that it may flood the bathroom. Nothing was done about it when we reported it. Our door lock malfunctioned multiple times so we were either locked out or the door would not lock. It was not a key card issue, even though the front desk staff kept making new cards that made no difference. The locking mechanism actually fell onto the floor one of the times that maintenance came to try to fix it. The lock can be adjusted by a screw on the outside of the door, making the security of the room questionable. Also beware that the balcony door locks automatically when it is closed. Getting locked outside on the balcony is a concern. The weather during our entire 6 night February stay was not our idea of beach weather- low 70'sF and extremely windy. However, many of the European guests seemed to enjoy laying out on the lounge chairs in their swimsuits most of the day. FYI, we were the only North American guests staying at this large resort complex. To conclude, this experience gave us the rest we were seeking but because of the weather we mostly relaxed in our room.

An amazing resort”
This resort is genuinely 5 star for its cleanliness, friendliness and a good buffet cuisine. Our room was perfect with the balcony overlooking the sea. It is near to the airport and facilities. A good hotel for relaxing. The snorkeling isn't great, it is better out of Hurghada but there is a boat at the hotel which leaves every day for diving. We had a wonderful stay here.

Disappointed with the hotel. Service, food, rooms need to be better. Till 5th floor the rooms are need a rejuvenation. The smell of the food from the main restaurant in the rooms . Loud disco music until 4am! The staff isn’t at all trained to provide emergency assistance to the guests. For request of the doctor to check the blood pressure they are asking to pay extra charge with the cost from 300 EGP:(
