Nice hotel a little dated. Food was OK, location OK, great water slides for all ages, good nightly entertainment and excellent staff. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Very Disappointed in changes”
This is the 4th time my husband and I have stayed at this resort in 6 years. Unfortunately, this year they have removed the adults-only beach and the restaurants on the Cove side can be utilized by everyone. It USED to be that Cove got access to everything, while the Splash side could only be on the Splash side. No one cares about dress codes anymore either (good luck having a romantic dinner when there's a family still in beach gear!) We were incredibly happy to find that our favorite Butler, Reneese would be tending to our needs; she FAR EXCEEDED our expectations for the first 2 days of our stay, but then on the 3rd day, we were told she was on a "last-minute holiday" and someone else would be around for us. That was the last we saw of any form of Butler Service; COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED in this!!! There is also now only 3 smoking spots on the ENTIRE properties, however people were allowed to smoke cigarettes at the front entrance, but we got yelled at for pot, which is legal!
