Man this place feels like home”
I loved it here. The lady at the front is hilarious. She makes u feel so comfortable. The apartment actually feels like a home. Everything is clean. And the location isn't to far from the airport. Highly recommend

Housekeeper might be a thief!”
Everything was going great until one morning when they thought we left out but we was still there! Instead of knocking saying housekeeping this Spanish lady started to unlock the door, when I heard it I walked towards the door! She inch the door open silently and then she peeked in not knowing I was behind the door!(still didn’t say housekeeping) when I came from behind the door she had a look on her face as if I caught her in the act! I told the front desk lady and she said when guest leave the room housekeeping go inside to give fresh towels and take out the trash! I guess that’s cool but I personally think that specific lady was attempting something else! I would definitely recommend this place but just let the front desk people know you don’t want housekeeping if your not in the room!

I was disappointed in the 2 bed . It was a pull out couch and the bar in the middle was bad. Might be good for small children but not adults.But other than that it was and good place. Had a Black cat that came nightly for his dinner made me feel right at home. Love the roosters crowing in the morning and the view was beautiful.

It’s a great place to stay especially for the price the ladies at the front desk are lovely and accommodating I would recommend renting a car though taxi fares add up quickly and this place isn’t walking distance from anywhere you want to be.

For the price paid this guest house did not meet our expectations nor did it live up to its claims on the website. The living area was very dimly lit at night. A solar light made reading in daytime easy, but difficult at night. The kitchen only had two soup spoons and one knife for us to use to eat with - no forks! TV would not come on for us at all even with following instructions given on the printed sheet. A smoke alarm was disconnected and lying on a table. There were no dish clothes or tea towels to wash and wipe dishes. The bath had no hook on which to hang clothes. Water was not potable so we boiled water. A small saucepan was only item we could use to boil water. Toaster would not stay down. If we wanted toast we had to hold the lever down until the bread was toast - a bit tiring!

Coffee pot full of moldy leftovers. Light bulbs burned out. Doors don’t fully close. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and motels in my life. This is near the bottom.

The manager onsite is very friendly and there is a great view of the industrial side of the island. However, our 3bdrm apartment was not cleaned at all. All three beds had hair in them. The main bedroom also had potato chips and a dead bug in the sheets plus one of the pillow cases was severely dirty with red/dark brown spots. Both showers had previously used soap in them, on the floor, and in the soap dish. Previous people's shaving cream was in the bathroom and garbage was throughout the unit on the floor along with a huge human hair ball in the main bedroom. The kitchen had no towels and a used sponge that was falling apart. The drawers are not on slides so everytime you tried to get silverware or a utensil the drawers would hang and almost fall out. We bought bratwurst to grill on the BBQ grill and when we went to use the grill, it was so dirty (previous people's food that we couldn't clean off and just general dirt and rust) we decided to pan cook in the kitchen. In the kitchen, the plates were dirty, we had to wash them before eating. The cooking pans were dirty as well as the strainer. Ants were all over the counters in the kitchen and bathroom. The refrigerator freezer must have had rotten meat in it as it stunk so bad it made me nauseous. There were ice cubes in the refrigerator freezer that smelled like rotten meat. The smell also got on the items we stored in the freezer and fridge. The pool had leaves in it and after seeing all the dirt in the room, we didn't trust the pool, so we decided to pass on the pool. The 3bdrm has a spiral staircase to the loft bedroom with bath, and the loft is sinking down hill. It probably is dangerous since the floor is all cracked too. It's obviously sinking. We unfortunately noticed these things late night after grocery shopping and getting ready to go to bed. Otherwise, had it been earlier we would have requested a refund and went somewhere else. No I would neither recommend nor return to this facility. If you have no other choice and need someplace to rest your head, stay in the airport. It cost $85 US for a taxi from airport to this old and dilapidated motel which is less than 2 miles from the airport and downtown. The pics on the internet have to be at least 50 years old. The only good thing about this spot is the view over the city at nights.

Very Unhappy”
We got to the Guesthouse after 1 in the afternoon by taxi from the airport and was told by a very RUDE lady we cannot check in before 3 that afternoon and we should find somewhere to go and wait, it was our 1st time there, we dont know the place. There was no where to sit and wait so we stood outside in the sun for a while until she called me to the tiny office and checked us in and gave us a key. if we had the children with us I probably would have call a taxi and go back to the airport.

Loved the convenient loacation from airport. Faye was amazing checking us in and giving insight into local driver for taxi service. Close to market down the hill. Basic stopover stay for us did the trick. Great views looking over two bays.

the stay was nice it has a pool with an outside bbq which is very convienant. the rooms are a little small for my liking and the furniture is a little uncomfortable. like other places on the island bring your bug spray mosquitoes are horrible. your going to need to catch a cab unless you like hiking up a mountain.

Hotellet ligger med super udsigt , når det er sagt er der brug for vedligehold : myggenet i stykker, døre lukker ikke sæt , træværk trænger til maling, lang gang meget beskidt , værelses rengøringen kommer sent på dagen , når man er på værelset og spørg om man vil have gjort rent , virker bevist for hvem vil have gjort rent på værelset når man er der. Morgen mad først kl. 9 , ikke parat , chefen sover, småt med spise pladsser er i rodet privat, kunne få så man selv kunne lave lidt morgen mad. Når man har købt værelset med morgen mad forventer man lidt service æg,bacon,toast,pandekager og så videre. Mvh. P.NY
