A Great Stay”
The staff led by Harley made such a difference in our stay. Such a special group of people who go out of their way to deliver a great customer experience. The 1 bedroom apartment we got was spacious and had a big balcony. We made use of the kitchen faicilities. We had a comfortable stay and will definitely book here again when we’re back to Dumaguete

Neat & Cozy”
We spent 5 days in Sunshine Villa and enjoyed our staying there. Facilities are new and modern. It benefits from its proximity to Airport. Staff are nice and friendly and gave many suggestions on our trips. It will be better if they can ensure 24h hot water supply and provide more selections of breakfast.

Decent hotel”
My sister and I just stayed there for an early flight in the following morning. The location is perfect for an early flight as it only takes ten minutes to get to the airport. And it won't take long to get to the downtown since Toto is easy to get on the road. As for the other aspects, I don't have much to say, just a decent one in Dumaguete.

Enjoyed My Stay”
The staff are very kind and accommodating. They allow early check in. They were also kind enough to let us check out at 2pm so we could shower after our halfday tour to the dolphins. No refrigerstor in the room but they let us store our sans rival in their freezer so we can bring it home as present. They assist you in booking out of town tours and if you want to roam the city and visit the city sights on your own, you may rent a motorcycle from them at a minimal price. Location is very near the airport and walking distance to bus stop if you want to take the bus to the port. not city center though so you cannot walk to restaurants and commercial area. Amenities are new and the bedroom is new. Some rooms have no television yet so if you are particular to tv like my hubby request it beforehand. Does not provide lunch or dinner so they provide free shuttle to take you to restaurants for dinner or you may rent the motorcycle. The plated breakfast is good though.

Modest and nice, with problems”
Location was convenient near the airport north of Dumaguete City. We were able easily to catch tricycle transportation to downtown. My wife didn't like the ants in the room. The hot water system was out of fuel. The staff struggled with tweaking the shower handle, unsuccessfully. Nothing worked until the owner came by on day #2, and he replaced the fuel tank. The staff should have known to do this. Breakfast was modest, but OK. It was nice to have access to two stove areas for cooking for a small user's fee.

For the price we paid, we felt like we got a good deal because of the complimentary free breakfast, the free transport to the airport, as well as the location. We had some issues with the room like the wet floor in the morning which was accorsingly because of the aircon and there was no tv in the room, but except for that, we really love the place.

nice stay”
it's a bit out of way from the main road hence drivers asks for a minimum of 60php per ride from the city center. it has shared facilities such as fridge, etc. rooms are clean and well-maintained. very helpful staff. free bfast is at 6am but we requested to packed it for our early checkout and they have it prepared as early as 5:30am. wifi connection is a bit slow.

Went Back Because I Like The People”
The staff are more than helpful. You are left to your own divises but can get assistance from the staff. You can self cater using their utensils or there are retaurants which can be a little distance but they are now doing chinese meals that you can order and have it brought to the Villa. This is new and was not available when I last stayed here. It is family orientated but if you want to travel with children and don't have a car then depends on the age of children wether you take a trike or not.

Great comfort in Sunshine Villa”
A small new place, well managed and organized. Very clean rooms, friendly, good and helpful service. Great for families but also for couples and sigle traveller. The hotel is a bit out of the city but easy to go by with a trike, just 20 Peso to the boulevard. Good internet and cable. Friendly owner!

Convenient inn near the airport ”
We just needed a place near the airport for a morning flight. The inn provides a free airport shuttle for the quick 5-minute trip. Everyone in the staff was very helpful and accommodating, even letting me store some food i bought in the kitchen freezer. The room is small and simple, but clean and comfortable. There’s a nice open-air lounge by the garden if you don’t want to be cooped up in the room. Breakfast is limited, but tasty enough. A bit far from the tourist areas and good restaurants, but the staff will help you hail public transport to get around.

My stay for a night was really comfortable. Quiet and serene. Though the villa has few rough around the edges because they’re trying to improve more about the place, overall it was a pretty worthy of my time and money. By the way, did I mention that it’s affordable, too?

The apartment is a bit far from main road but not an issue for us since we brought a car. But for commuters I would not recommend unless if you love walking :) The place is nice and we love the free water in every lobby but the only downside is the free breakfast. Upon check in we are not informed that breakfast is only until 9 30am because the normal breakfast for hotels are offered until 10am.. Staff needs more training because the place has a potential. Thank you!

overall we really enjoyed our stay. it' s very ideal for groups. staffs were very accommodating and helpful. getting a ride going to eats though was a bit of a challenge. a point less for facilities too ad there were drips from the A/C going inside to the room.

We really enjoyed our stay. There are plenty of rooms to choose from. Each room has two double beds. If you would like to cook your food, they have utensils ready for use.

I liked the staff they were very helpful, also I drove and got a parking space, expensive I thought for the days I stayed but convienient. The room although small but adequate but it was just to sleep and get washed as i spent the days out.

Simple Place”
It's a simple place like a small apartment only, we are trying to call them 7 days before we arrived on that place,that we want somebody to get us in the airport, we deal with it and they told us that all are ok-But no one show off in the airport because they have some emergency, but the good thing they refunded our fare too-It's only lack of management.but the rest are quite considerable.

Excellent staff and cleanliness”
Staying here was an absolutely amazing experience! I booked for one day and ended up staying three. Harley and Tata were fabulous!!! Helped me with directions and attractions. Made sure I had everything I needed at all time. I always felt safe here with 24hr security. Breakfast was always great. When I return to the Philippines I will surely stay here again!!!

Recommended place to stay ”
the place is very good to stay if you intended to go around the places of interest. Dont expect full facilities as this place is not meant for those who want a staycation. Very accommodating staff, clean and peaceful place, WIFI is good while you do your browsing and planning for the next day (we even watched on Netflix while resting).
