Hey y'all this is definitely a long report but it was constantly going on for me there I'm not from here from Kansas and I'm from San Diego California and for me to go through what I did is not acceptable so I think I'm going to be going to the house apartment in the BBV and coming in from San in the morning had made reservations and they said I could go ahead and does he know

Unbelievable in the worst way”
The rooms were not terrible but definitely not the cleanest. Could have used a dusting, vacuum, and all together pickup. The bathroom on the other hand was gross. Seemed as if after last guests all that was done was a quick wipe up and replacing of the towels. Floor and back of tiolet we're nasty, the tub had very visible black mold on service, and shower head was barley functioning. But what made this the most unbelievable hotel stay was at 9:30 am front desk/housekeeping attempted to open my door but I had the latch lock on. We were in bed still and the Do Not Disturb sign was on the outside knob. They attempted to open my door 5 more times. That 6th time at 10:08 am I had enough and I went to the door unlocked and asked what they needed. She asked me if I planned on checking out. Check out was 11 am. I told her at 11 when it was time. My door was tried 3 more times after that point and at 11:03 am the cops were at my door asking if I was planning on leaving.
