I got a mobile only discount and the facilities and room were spacious and clean. The bed was especially nice.

The man checking me in was very accommodating. Knowable at his job. The lady Christine was friendly, helpful and very informative. She also was very fast. I will be staying with them again in the future.

Pricey Mediocrity”
The room was somewhat costly. There were additional charges at check-in that I was not aware of. The staff police room activity. The toilet had excrement coating the inside. I found hair and lint in the bed the blinds were broken and didn't cover the window properly. There was debris and hair clogging the bath tub drain. There was ice on the side walk. The free breakfast consisted of the following options: Bread/toast, buttery spread, jams/jellies, mini muffins, two types of cold cereal, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, yogurt, creamer, DIY waffles and syrup. No fruit, eggs, milk or meat. Overall the facility is not tidy or well maintained. Not what I've come to expect from the Super 8 hotel chain.

price was good. If you are just shopping on price, its a good deal. building does not have elevators. This should be clearly stated on here, which it is not. And it is clear the owners are cheap and wont spend any money on maintenance or upkeep. The swimming pool has been closed for a long time (and no signs of them intending to open it) If you are going to advertise you have a pool, then have a pool that is open! Otherwise, dont advertise you have one. If you are unwilling to spend any of your money to make your guests comfortable and feel safe, then expect poor reviews, and no guests in the future.

The carpet was very dirty. The sheet had what looked like black marker on it. The heater was loud and rattled and clanked every time it kicked in. There were tiles missing in the shower. The staff was not very welcoming. There was a smell of heavy grease or something surrounding outside the hotel. I am not sure if it was the business next door or what but it was nauseating.
