Value for Money and Great Location”
The location is very accessible and strategic..close to public transport like subway and bus stop. It was right in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui. The room is very clean and tidy and the staff were accommodating. It was a value for money accommodation. The only thing i didn't like is the elevator going up to the hostel. Nevertheless, location, price, cleanliness are what's important to me and Super Guest House met all these criteria.

thank you super guest house for accomodating us. this guest house is found inChungking Masion, tsim tsa tsui, very clean and room is spacious we rent family room good for 6persons. daily room service, quiet and very near to mtr station and bus stops. its in the heart of the city where you can find all. good for shopping and lots of food chains. i highly recommend this guest house for family travelling in HK.

If you're looking for clean, affordable and good-sized rooms in the bustling district of Tsim Sha Tsui, I would definitely recommend Super Guest House. The location is great for shopping and has easy access to public transportation. The rooms up in the 17th flr are especially nice due to them being relatively new. Only hassle was the elevator in Chungking Mansion as the lines are usually long due to small elevator capacity.

Excellent backpackers hostel”
The guesthouse is located in Chungking Mansions - so has all the public transport convenience (near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR, buses, ferries). Of course, there are also a lot of South Asian and African foreigners loitering around trying to get you to stay in other hostels, buy sim cards, etc. But just ignore them and it is still quite safe since there are also a lot of tourists staying in the building. The guesthouse itself are on the high floors (if Block A, you will need to walk up from 16 to 17F. The other is Block C 14F). This means no need to worry about the one lift being full on the way down. Also, the rooms are recently renovated so look very new and also very well maintained. It was really much much better than the various other HK guesthouses I have stayed in. Towels and some toiletries are provided - you will need to have your own toothbrush/paste. The wifi is also good and fast. Checkin/checkout was a breeze as the owner stayed next to the guestrooms. He is also helpful to give tips on where to go.

the hotel price in HK was almost 4 times higher than normal, which is why we ended up in Super Guest House in ChongKing mansion. honestly when we arrived at the building, seeing all those Indian dudes trying to talk us into living in their hostel, we were a bit scared. but all those feeling went away when we arrive at Super Guest House. the location of the mansion is very good, 1 min walk from TST subway station, close to all the shopping area; 2 metro stops to Central.plus the location of this guest house is on the top floor of the mansion, with individual shower, toilet, and AC in the room. all these are standing quite out among all the guest houses in the building. Lift is a big problem of the building, and we always waited for a long time.

Great location, superb owner and good place!”
An honest review for a choosy traveller: First- the location is great because it is at the center of a tourists interests site. Although Jordan (near temple street) can also be an option because it just a few minutes walk away, the location of this this hotel is a lot closer to the harbour going to Macau, canton road for shopping and other attractions like the avenue of the stars, the peninsula, the cultural center, etc. Second- the owner is so accommodating, he gave us a good for three (3) rooms instead of a room with twin bed. I asked for a large bed when booking and, I think, this is his way of compensating the regular small rooms found in Hong Kong.. He gave us a room with one twin bed and one single bed. Our room was approx. about 20-23sqm if I am not mistaken including the comfort room which was also wide enough to take a shower. He also mentioned about walk-ins, best to book your rooms prior to being there because they will transfer you to other hotels if you don't. The place is good - Chung King Mansion is crowded but if you have a company, it is okay. At the ground level, a lot of people will offer you accommodations, a lot of people are passing through because of the money changers which you can have your money changed to HKD for the best price and it is also where people buy souvenirs, etc. (Not recommended, go to temple street instead) The building has two (2) small elevators hence, the long queue to your floor but it was relatively ok for us as we avoid going back to the hotel at peak times like 6/7pm. This hotel is located at the 17th floor which we think is okay because when you have to go down, the elevator is empty as this is the top most floor compared to other hostels which is in the middle of the building. Often times, I see people using the stairs instead because once the elevator gets to their floor, it is already full. Great location at an affordable price”
Pros: The location is great - only a 2-minute walk to Tsim Sha Station. Right beside is Cafe de Coral where we had our daily breakfasts because it was very affordable (cheaper than McDonalds). Hotel manager, Roy, is very friendly. So is his staff, Kevin, who was very accommodating and helpful when we had a problem with our room. The AC was very cold, room was cleaned daily, sheets were replaced every 2 days, and towels replaced daily. Cons: Situated inside Chungking Mansions, the entrance to the building isn’t a very good sight. There are lots of people waiting on the ground floor offering cheap rooms to passerby. The elevator is shared with tenants and other hostel guests, which most often than not results in having to queue for 5-10 minutes. Elevator is also very cramped up and can fit only 5-6 people without luggage comfortably. Not recommended if you are claustrophobic. Cons are for the building facilities, not the management/Super Guesthouse itself.

Pleasant 4 nights stay”
We had a great time in Hong Kong. Staying at Superguest house made our vacation even better. We arrived almost midnight, thanks to Mr. Frank for welcoming us with a smile and accomodating us personally to take us to our room. The room is spacious and very clean. I never had a hard time to sleep and no bed bugs to be worried about. Clean sheets, towels, pillows and very quiet and on top of it the place is safe to leave ur belongings and items u have purchased. Mr. Frank also gave us clear intructions and suggestions on how to get to the airport. Shopping area is just on the corner. You can find anything from cheap souvenirs, food, clothing and a lot more. We will stay here again and will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you, Frank, for being a great host and for making our stay a pleasant one. Cheers!

Nice place, nice people”
My mom and I stayed there from July 16 to 19, 2014. The guesthouse is located inside Chung King Mansion in Tsim Sha Tsui. The building is relatively easy to find since it's in the tourist district. The staff are really nice and approachable. The room also gets cleaned every morning. The rooms are cheap and comfortable. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Everything worked, WiFi, bed, bathroom, AC, the windows could open, big plus, and there was a water heater in the hall for making tea. Chungking Mansions takes getting used to, the hawkers are all over you at first, but then they stop - everything you need is there, including a good laundry. Tsim Sha Tsui station across the road, and the Star Ferry to HK Island not far away - a supermarket across the road to the right (downstairs) - and both shopping and dining options en masse.

It was all perfect”
Room was not very big, but really okay. Everything you needed was there and it was very clean. Better than we expected for the price we paid. Location ideal. Entrance of building is a bit weird, but I always felt safe. Secure guest house. The filtered water free available was very useful. We did only see the owner when handing over the keys. He was friendly and explained everything. I am sure that if we had any questions or problems he would have been glad to help us. We only had one key for 4 persons, but that is the only point of critic I can think of and not really a problem.

Best for budget travels”
It is okay for the price since the rooms are real clean as well as the towels being provided. Also, they regularly change the towels and clean the room everyday. The only thing that sucks is that it is located in the 17th floor and the elevator is only until 16th floor (for exercises lol) and seems like the floor is an addition and the elevator installation on the floor is in progress. note that this guest house is located in Chungking mansion and expect that the appearance of the mansion itself is the usual.

A gem in Chungking Mansion”
We needed a room for a night after our Disneyland visit. i was avoiding to book in this building because of not so pleasant stay last time (October 2018) i had no choice as its very close to the Bus station (next day we're leaving to the airport)., Bonjour and Jollibee. I spent a lot of time reading all the reviews and i finally decided to book in SuperGuest House. we arrived around 11pm, As soon as you enter the Apartment, you will already appreciate as its very clean(no 'off smell') and quiet. Kevin was there to assist us. He was very courteous and pleasant. everything was smooth and we were surprised when he told us that he will give us a room on the 11th Floor, I said, "but this is okay to me", he said, "you will like more the one I will show you" he said "i am upgrading you to a twin double room". True enough, the room was excellent and far exceeded my expectation. the room was sparkling clean. they have free toiletries (which is not normally offered by others). Thank you Kevin!

Great value for money”
The guest house was located on the building A of the Chungking mansions. Very easy to find. There was a bit of a queue at the elevator but we did not find that a problem. We got an upgraded twin bedroom with bigger space with no extra charge at all. Sheets and towels were changed everyday. There was free wifi, water, coffee and tea. They also have a microwave and small refrigerator. Overall a good stay! They even let us leave our luggages after check out since our flight back was in the evening. Thank you for accommodating us!

It's located in 12th floor. I stayed for 2 nights, clean room, nice (mbak) lady staff, they provided towel, shampoo, liquid soap, toothpaste :) clean bed sheet and pillow. Small room, but I think if just for sleep and shower it's enough. Wifi connection was slow :( One more thing, free flow of mineral water. Overall everything was good, recommended guest house :)

Room are clean and attached toilet also ok. Interesting is cute basin 😁 First time seeing this. Basin water 💦 comes out small portions need to wait 🤨 Toothpaste & Toothbrush not provided so better bring yourself. Environment keeps quite. One of the worst case is Lift Lobby 😖 so small and always full. Waiting time too long especially check in-out time and evening. If not patience use staircase but better cover your noses coz smell too strong & not clean all the way down. Regarding for Guest House is just fine. See you again 🤩

Our stay in this guesthouse is quite good. The address in our booking is on the 17th floor but when we went there, we are so overwhelmed with what we saw--lots of construction supplies and trashes and there was no room there. We thought it was a hoax booking. We just decided to go to the 12th floor which is another Super Guest House address. At first we are so hesitant to check in because of the environment; quite crowded, smaller rooms and corridors. But then, the hotel is centrally located, with easy access to public transport and fast internet, we decided to stay. We observed that the guesthouse has lots of CCTV, we find it quite safe to stay.

At first, was hesitant to book due to reviews telling not so good thing about the way getting up in the hotel...yes it was too crowded esp. it was Christmas time when we were there but once up, it's all quiet and the owner Mr. Frank is easy to deal with.location wise, it is very good as it is near mtr stations and ferry terminal.we are a group of 11 and we'd be happy to come and stay again if ever.
