Very helpful staff”

We had a situation late at night and help from Japanese was important. The staff was not fluent in English but still tried to communicate with us through Google Translate. I am thankful for their hospitality. Also, the room was simple and clean! I am comfortable and happy with my stay.

Room very small”

The smallest room we ever encountered . Once a big luggage is opened, practically not much walking space. Furnish not very new but at least basic cleanliness ok. Receptionist is very helpful thou. Onsen timing is rotating between male and female so have to check their availability schedule. For a night stay with car(free parking) is ok if want to avoid city extra charges.

ちょっと残念”

おそらく、廃業したビジネスホテルを買い取りリノベーションしたホテルだとおもうのですが、スーパーホテルの清潔さや便利さがちょっと無いなと感じるとこでした。著薄暗かった。窓辺など。朝食は十分でした。

女性用にメイク落としや洗顔料を用意して欲しかった。部屋に消毒液が欲しい。朝食で、ごはんや味噌汁をよそうのに、トレイを置くスペースがなくて困った。全体的には満足です。

2、3日の小旅行に向く宿”

温泉が入れ替え制だった。 つまり男湯女湯ではなく、大浴場(天然温泉)は１つしかないので、時間帯で男女を入れ替えて温泉に入れるようにしている。 なのでカップルで行くと片方が温泉に行ってる間片方は待つことになるので、あまりカップル向きではない。ただ温泉は内湯が１つ大きい湯船があるのみなので そんなに時間はかからない。お湯加減は暑すぎず丁度よく、私女は１５分程つかった。男は３０分程つかったといっていた。それは土日祝の話で、平日は男湯しかないらしいので注意が必要。 部屋は狭く 2人がすれ違うことがギリギリできるスペースが机(化粧机)とベッドの間に何となくあるくらい。2、3日くらいの荷物の少ない旅行なら大丈夫だが、2人とも大きいスーツケースを抱えるくらいの旅行だと難しい。 朝食は軽い感じで種類も少ないが 味付けは悪くなかった。 駐車スペースはゴールデンウィークの夜に到着したが、ホテルの駐車場に留めることが出来たので 良かった。

朝食が美味しかった”

コロナで中止になっていたバイキングスタイルの無料朝食が復活していた。ただ感染対策のためチェックイン時に6:00〜8:30の三十分刻みで時間を選ぶ必要がある。私はチェックインの時間が遅かったので6:00〜、6:30〜しか残っておらず時間が早過ぎて困った。 後は部屋のアメニティーの歯ブラシをフロントに返却するとお菓子がもらえるので歯ブラシ持参がおすすめです。

ロケーションの面から観光目的での利用は少し考える必要あり。 若干古い建物、部屋によっては大浴場に行くために外の移動がある様子？ 価格に対して、設備、サービスは申し分ない。また利用させて頂きたい。
