The staff who checked us in was so polite and very accommodating. The rooms are being cleaned everyday. The breakfast is great considering they are organic. I would highly recommend Super Hotel with its perfect location and cleanliness. If I will go back to Japan I would be staying here again.

I really recommend this hotel. It locates near a convenience store, Okachimachi station, Ueno station, and Ameyokocho - a wonderful place to walk around and enjoy street food or shopping. On the other hand, this hotel is so well-prepared in terms of Covid-19, including hand sanitation liquid, and bento boxes instead of usual buffet breakfast. Employees in this hotel are so nice and they gave us very good service.

Located just a 4 min walk from the Okachimachi Station, it is the perfect location that is nearby Ameyoko street. The rooms are cosy with good air con and great water pressure! We had a really good night sleep - you can choose your own pillows from the lobby along with toiletries. The free breakfast is basic but it is ample to fill up your tummy. Would definitely stay here again next time!

Close to train station, convenient to go park/ shopping/ walk around/ food. Facilities was good. Friendly staffs. Breakfast was OK, better than go and find outside if you're not familiar with area. Hotel access is very convenient. They used PIN code to get into the room. and they offered the easiest checked-out which was no checked-out required. I like it!!! BUT for myself I hade reserved this hotel on 25.12.2019 and then I'd go to Shizuoka for a few days, then came back to them on 29.12.2019 and stayed for 3 nights, 29-01.01.2020, I asked them to keep my luggage while I was travelling, they're not OK to keep my luggage. So I need to carry it for travelling too. If you planned to travel multicities, and planed to leave your luggages at hotel, you have to consider.

Our hotel enters the room with a PIN code instead of a key. So there is no need to return the key and payment is made at check-in, so there is no check-out procedure. This is very useful. You can stay in your room until the last minute of departure. We feel sorry that it made you inconvenient for your luggage. I think it's a bit ridiculous to brand your hotel as "ecological" and then give out towels in unnecessary plastic wrapping and use paper cups and plastic knives at breakfast. Worse still the breakfast room is very narrow so it's impossible to keep a distance from other people, which is not a good feeling in 2020...

Hotel Near to Train Station”
It is a value money hotel within Ueno, Tokyo area. Location is near to the JR Station, 4-5 min walk from the Okachimachi station (JR) so if you have JR Pass you don't need to use subway / pay for the Tokyo Metro train ticket but the hotel located near to subway also, Tokyo Metro. Right next to the hotel there is Seven Eleven store and near to Ameyoko Market where there are many places for eating. Room is not big but still ok to manage for us without big luggage inside it.
