A very strategic location”
The place is very strategic in such a way that it is very accessible to great food establishments and surfing area. The room is average but I didn't go there for a staycation so I dont really mind the room. It only has a shared bathroom though.

Good for backpackers”
The room was okay if you don't intend to stay indoors and only need a place to keep your things and sleep. They have a common bathroom which was okay if there are not too many people booked in. Not ideal with small kids and for staycation but great for backpackers and transients. Food and drinks available right outside the rooms so that wasn't an issue. Parking is not free. We were charged 200 per night.

Very good”
This is a good choice of stay if you are on a budget type of travel. As a couple we didn't enjoy it that much because we didn't have our own CR and we had to share it with the people from the other rooms (who were basically barkadas) so we had to wait outside every time we needed to pee/take a bath. But good spot if you want to have an experience of LU's party life because they have DJs at night just downstairs near the beach.

Spend your time outside”
We went here as a family and we took 2 rooms. The room are really small with just the bed in one corner and that's all. Of course with the aircon fixed on the wall. Have to pay for the parking as there is no parking space for their customer. Beware!! this is the one that we did not see in the description....the shower and toilet are common.

Great place if you want to be by the beach”
Great place if you want to be by the beach, rooms is barebones but sufficient. AC unit is great specially with how hot elyu can be. Be ready for noise until 11 or 12mn since the rooms is just above a resto/bar.

Too pricy for the actual”
Details of the hotels in agoda help a lot of travellers to properly choose the place they want to stay in. The details of the room did not specify that the bathroom/toilet are shared for all room. It is only located at the fine prints of their details of ammenities. They also dont have their own parking lot. Parking lot nearby as described is also shared (with other apartments/hotels) and is a first come first served basis, and its paid parking worth 200. Other parking areas is worth 300 per night. Staff were actually very helpful. Maybe a little more smiles would be best. The apartment is very nicely located, it is at the beachfront, and has i must say the best acoustic band. Food is also good, a little to pricey though.

Good points: location - beachfront; area is good for night fun (music, crowd, food) food stalls available in the property; with band playing on fridays and saturdays For improvement: common bathroom (2) and toilet (1) for the use of all guests (probably around 15-20 pax) some customers from the food stalls also used the toilet because the toilet downstairs was clogged; bathroom and toilet were also not well-maintained/cleaned frequently in spite of the many guests using them. sad thing is that, the property has a photo of a toilet here in agoda. in reality, that toilet is the one downstairs and is for use of the customers of the food stalls. that’s misrepresentation. beach was rocky and not suitable for swimming. you’ll need to use the beach area near flotsam or kahuna at the other side

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE”
We booked last December 9 to 11 1. Stated that we have free wifi but in our 3 days stay we're not able to use that WiFi because as per then there's no caretaker that can connect us on WiFi. 2.Free Breakfast- THIS IS WORST they have free breakfast on package but their partner food stal whi served food which is SEALOG is alway opening late like 10am is that even breakfast? 3. Security- feel not safe sliding door lock is broken. Cctv is not working just props. 4. Customer Service SO POOOOOOORRRR they don't deserve 1 star.

Do not book here”
Dont waste your money here. No free parking, no hotel reception, just a plain room and shared CR. They dont even give you toiletries. The wall of the room is just made of thin plywood, so you can hear the noise outside. And yes, no wifi and no hot shower. Better book at little surfmaid.

A Horrible room”
What a shock when I arrive, looked more like a homeless shelter that a hotel. When we eventually found someone, by the way the hotel is not sign posted so took at least 20 minutes to find, driving up and down the street, had to get somebody to direct us. Anyway got into the room and it was probably 2.5m X 2.5 m with a bed in it. That was it. The bed sheet had what looked like a blood stain on it. We were then shown a communal toilet and shower. I cannot pass any comment on it as I did not bother to look, I had already made up my mind, we were not staying there. I would not let my pet dog stay there. So we just walked out and kept walking to the car. I cannot understand why Agoda have this premises on their books. It is disgusting.

Quadruple room not the same as photo”
If you are booking the quadruple room, take note that it's not the same as the picture. They moved it downstairs "for more space". The "new" room is however not ideal. The floor is perpetually dirty since it's rough painted cement. We think the room used to be a restroom. There is a sink in the middle for some reason. It's also beside the bar's restroom so many bar goers mistake our door for the restroom which is annoying. The restroom beside our room btw is disgusting. Urinal out of order. Sink out of order. Stinky. Wet floor. There are shower cubicles and a single toilet upstairs tho, but no sink. We couldn't stand staying in tje quadruple room that we asked for a transfer after a night. Not ideal if you want peace and quiet since it's literally in a bar and the noise is there until late. Excellent location tho as it is very near Great Northwest.

Not recommend for families with small children”
The beach is dirty un maintained. There were dogs roaming around and garbage. If you are a solo traveller looking for a place to stay and wants to surf this may be the perfect place for you. The bathroom is shared and there are only 4 rooms. All rooms dont have television and you can hear the activities of the next door room. The staff didnt event greet us knowing it was new year the day we checked in. They were also charging us early check in fee 200 per hour and additional 20 pesos for the towel which I thought was free. I paid 8k for this room and was NOT WORTH my money. We had to find new accommodation in San fernando la union which is perfect for families. But all rooms there were fully booked. We kept searching for an accommodation along San fernando airport road and found one. I only paid P3,500 for that room with its own bathroom, television and a common pantry and access to beach. For the price i will bot recommend this place. Sorry.

Pros: *located right in front of the beach * easy check-in * has super cold A/C (we stayed at room 3) * super chill place Cons: * music downstairs can be loud because there’s a bar, but we still managed to sleep. * toilet is dirty but i know it can be cleaned.

Beach Front Cabin”
Location wise is good, beach front. Walking distance to eateries and the “popular” restaurants. Though cleanliness is a bit off. Common toilet wasn’t working all the time, no water and was dirty during stay. Room is basic, just a bed and a lamp inside. Staff are polite though you won’t be able to reach them 24hours. no front desk conceirge or anything. you’ll have to wait when the staff are coming in, need to communicate with them thru SMS. If you are looking for beach front with nothing fancy cabin this might work for you.
