This was the first time I've booked through Vacasa and also the first time to Miramar Beach. Review on Room G23; I booked this room thinking there was only a Queen size bed but to my surprise, there was a Twin bed with a trundle underneath with another mattress! It was a great idea and a great use of space since you don't really need 2 separate rooms. Both beds were comfortable enough and extra pillows and blankets were provided within the closets. The small kitchen area was great! Well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, plastic containers, serving dishes, and appliances. Not pictured or explained was that there is in fact a griddle provided and a 2-slated hot plate to use pans & pots if planning to cook inside. They also had a microwave and toaster oven with a full sized fridge as well. We also discovered that you could barbecue right outside and is perfect as this room is located right next to the barbecue patio. Another benefit of the location of this room is that it is right next to the guest parking garage so you don't have to travel far. Only downside is that you'll hear people coming in and out on the busier days but shouldn't be an problem after 11pm. A big downside of this room was just the bathroom. A bit outdated with linoleum-looking floors and old lights that had a strange sheen to it. Shower grout wasn't too clean either and the water pressure was pitiful. I feel like with a nice deep clean and updates it would match better with the feel of the rest of the room. Another one was the couch in the living room was completely sunken in with the cushions and uncomfortable. Also, the pictures posted showed a small table to eat at instead of the twin bed (which is a better choice) but I was hoping to use it for work. I had to find another piece of furniture to work off of. TV in the main room was phenomenol and additional items like beach chairs in the closet were great. Something I wish though was maybe beach towels provided because you were not all
