I had very much fun at Suria Apartment. The room very clean and the condition was very good. I had a wonderful view in front of my balcony. The staff were friendly and kind. The pool was big and also have a corner for kids pool.I had much fun along my holiday . i recommend to have a holiday at Suria and i surely will come back for my next vacation .

we had a wonderful experience during our holiday. Our stay comfortable with a neat and clean room. The pool here is very large and clean. I am very happy and my children happily swimming here. to warterpark only take 5 minutes of this apartment. we will come again to stay here the next holiday as a fair price. we'll also recommended to friends to stay here. we are very satisfied with the service from the reception staff.

It become worst”
It was totally different when I came here for the first time around 3 years ago. It looks like The Suria Service apartment will shut down and no more service and maintenance provided. The Swimming pool is dirty and lift can use only 1 from 3. No cafeteria at all. Aircon can't control, The sliding door can't lock it ( it can cause safety incident ) because with me is children with 3 and 5 years old and we are at 6 floors. Ewwww....i hope Suria Service Apartment do some improvement because it's actually a good place ( if good facilities and services ) for the family vacation.

A little old and run down but ok”
Fair budget option if you want to check out the Bukit Merah laketown theme park, but only if you are really keen on saving money. The old bedroom gave me asthma, and our bathroom smelled rather rank and had loads of little roaches. The elevator is also wonky, and doesn't respond to you if you want to keep the door open for longer.

I book an apartment with 1 bedroom. Overall it was okay. Got 2 bathroom inside and outside the bedroom so me and my husband dont have to wait for each other to take bath. The cleanliness is okay, no bed bugs and cockroaches, but a lil bit dusty. The shower in bathroom was too slow. The hot water is working. There was no fan inside the apartment, only airconds were functional (inside and outside bedroom). No aircond remote. My husband has to go to the receptionist to ask for the remote. The bedroom was smelly. I have to bring along febreeze. Our apartment was at the highest floor so there was no wifi connected. But the view was very eyecatching. The receptionist were not friendly at all, yet helping. But still a nice vacation 👍 Will come back again.

1. Room Very dirty and many fungus. Smelly and the bad got lots of dirty spot. The coridor very untidy and lots of "daun kering". The fridge so dirty and smelly, plus the fridge plug not working at all. You can found ants at the corner. Its look like there is no house keeping happened. 2. Hotel coridor Dirty like no one sweep the floor. Emergency stair also the same. Very poor lighting. 3. Swiming pool U cant even swim. Lots of dead insect. Even u can see the dirt on the pool floor. The water quite smelly. 4. Other facilities Hut - so dirty with lots of dry leave every where. Walk path - same things.. I had snap alots picture to share to Agodianz. I already inform the staff but its like nothing. Suria Service Apartment is more like to cemetary.

Firstly, lift not safety for guest because dont have censor. The door will close in short time and very unsafety for kids. Secondly, the staff didnt tell us the real condition at there. (Didnt help)Third, dont have sign board to guard us. Example, they had do wedding event and close the main door. We from swimming pool need find by our own. Then at room dont have phone to us communicate with operator. Totally, service very bad.

its a rundown almost closing up hotel/apartment. nothing. no roomservice no housekeeping no coffeemaking set. even the restaurant is closed. the pool is also closed. at night theres no light around the pool. anywhere just dark. they are cutting cost i guess. i think this apartment is on the brink of closing up. its not like it use to be 2 years back

I used to stay here several years ago. It was great. But now everything has change. Room in poor condition, air condition problem, tv no signal, swimming pool not in good condition, no safe guard, breakfast is unsatisfactory. The staffs are not very friendly and not really helpful. No room service. They even charge extra for iron and iron board. Need major maintenance on the building and management.

Worst hotel we had ever stayed”
We had a major dissapointment by checking in to this hotel..Seriously, this is the worst hotel we had ever stayed in our entire life..the hotel room was smelly, full of lizards poops & we even saw dozens of cockroaches having party under our beds..the floor was sticky & bathroom was also full of hairs, saliva & small cockroaches..if the hotel management cannot afford to maintain the cleanliness & housekeeping, we strongly suggest this hotel not to be recommended to anyone via any channels..our family trip to bukit merah ends up as a big disaster and we may not consider dropping by to this place anymore.

The apartment was not well maintained. The apartment that we rented was not very clean. There's a dead cockroach in the sink. Tap in the bathroom cannot be used. Can't complain much cause the price we paid is what we get. haha

Amenities not reliable, no restaurant in hotel, no room telephone available, no air cond remote control, too cold to sleep, TV channel limited, no coffee and tea packs, mattress in bad condition, no extra door lock(concern of safety).. totally a disappointment especially we had to sleep in air conditioning that was working without its remote..

Worst ever Please remove from list”
I have check in for 2 night and bring my 2 kids for school holidays..upon arrival the receptionist give us 2 towel and 1 small soap..i am really shock and really unacceptable as this apartment is more worst as guesthouse. I dont want to wait and checkout the next day..i have to book another room at laketown resort as i dont want to stay another night at suria apartment. The pool was so dirty..smelly..not well maintained.. The room was worst..bedsheet is like rumah tumpangan..the door faulty..toilet was so dirty..no toilet paper and no coffee mix..the sofa i think is rather put at dump area. This is the worst stay as im from kl travel 3-4 hours and given this experience is really unacceptable. I need refund from agoda for the 2nd night as we can only afford to stay 1 night at this horror place. Location is 40mins away from Taiping Lake. Elevator was out of order, although staff helped us couple of times. Cleanliness of bed was awful, bedsheets and blankets were not changed at all. Air conditioners were without remote control.
