Overall experience was very nice. A comfortable and luxurious stay with well maintained and clean rooms. Loved the energy and positive vibes across the property. I definitely give this place 10/10 for everything. Apart from clean rooms and exceptional food, Suryagarh team puts in tremendous effort to make each stay a fabulous and memorable. Best Place to stay in Jaisalmer”
Well where can i start, Staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Property is huge and looks like a castle and its away from hustle bustle of the cities. We got an amazing welcome from the staff and Specially staff member Parvesh was awesome. Chef cooked special sweets for us twice in a day and that was great, Breakfast was delicious as well and had bunch of options in it. Night time property looks really nice and they organised special dance show as well which we missed. Overall Its one of the best places that we stayed in the whole Rajasthan and definitely No. 1 in Jaisalmer and we wish to come back soon.

We absolutely loved this place it was stunning and the staff went above and beyond for us! We adored it so much we booked an extra night! If you want 5 star luxury, beautiful food and atmosphere, great service and gorgeous scenery this is the place!! But it is very expensive for India so if your counting your penny’s this is not the place for you..we will be back!!! And a special reference to our favourite employee Latif khan who was a joy to talk to and who waited on us hand and foot! (Needless to say all other employees were fabulous to, constantly looking after us and forever bringing us beautiful foods to try at breakfast!)

Ultimate stay in the Thar! ”
About 18km away from Jaisalmer city towards the Sam sand dunes, Suryagarh offers the ultimate escape wrapped in a luxurious resort. The service by the staff is exemplary and in my family's case, Mr. Pushpendra and Mr. Tushar at the front desk were instrumental in making sure my Father-in-law's 71st Birthday was ringed in with the pomp, worthy for Royalty. Every member of the staff whether housekeeping or F&B make sure your stay is a splendid experience. The animals on the property, whether they be the Golden Retrievers and ducks in the Main Courtyard, or the rabbits near the organic farm, or the Peacocks giving us company during our morning tea on the terrace of the Suryagarh Suite, all add to the charm of Suryagarh. My daughter had an animal Safari of her own everyday of our stay. If there is one constructive critique I would give for Suryagarh, it would be to increase the variety of Non-vegetarian items /cuisine for Breakfast (only eggs to order, I was lucky to have chicken sausages on 1 on of my 3 breakfasts) and lunch (only one Non-veg main). For a hardcore carnivore like myself, it can be a bit of an issue. But the variety and quality of Vegetarian fare is really good and I can safely presume would be veggie-lovers paradise, as was evident from my vegetarian Mother-in-law's praise for the buffet during every meal. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would surely return to Suryagarh in the near future.

What an amazing place, we had an excellent stay. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Excellent reception that took very good care of us (we had a problem with our reservation and they took care of it completely) I recommend this hotel very much, and hope to return there one day.

Memorable stay specially after the COVID-19 post Unlock..!! It's unbelievable that the property is not a heritage one and is just built a decade ago.!! We were firstly very glad that we managed to get one night in this hotel as they were fully booked and when we arrived at the front entrance we realised why....this property is beautiful to say the least and the warm welcome and the complimentary upgrade was certainly unexpected but very much appreciated. The staff was fantastic and you could see that they were all happy to work for this hotel and its management and a special mention to Kapil Singh(I hope that was his first name) who spoke to us during dinner and made sure we were well taken cared of. The breakfast was also outstanding and the attention to detail spectacular. Needless to say we will definitely be going back to this hotel

Breakfast spread was exemplary So was the service Traditional Indian spread is very good in taste. But continental taste needs to improve. Also the lunch and dinner spread is not as vast as breakfast. U could include more local dishes in the buffet spread. But apart from few misgivings which r very minor , the rest of the things are phenomenal. Once in a lifetime experience or maybe the best experience of my life. The sunset by the organic garden was incredibly beautiful and serene. The pool was very enticing inspite of the cold weather. The evening folk music program was so culturally rich. Great Hotel - although relatively new, it has been built in a period style with lots of attention to detail. 20mins our from the centre so quiet whilst not being remote. Reasonable vfm for a hotel of this standard.

By Far the best property in Jaiselmer ”
The experience they provide at property are simply amazing. Frequent sights of peacocks at property and interaction with pets ( dogs, cats, ducks, tortoise., rabbits ) of property were special experience for kids. Prayers at reception and Jalal at restaurant were very kind and made our stay special by taking good care of all our requirements . It ticks all the boxes along with temperature controlled pool. Surely an unique experience.
