I came with my family to Wakayama for my girls ballet contest ,the owner helped us with the suitcases and show us were to park . The room was in great shape ,and my girls were amused by the bank beds ,which were very comfortable,we slept good ! Downstairs there is a Bar ,the hostess was very nice and served me with great beer and chuhai,great experience!!!

当日に予約して宿泊できる、という消去法的な理由で選んだホテルでしたが、 室内は水回りを含めてキレイで、フェイスタオル、バスタオル、歯ブラシといった必要十分な消耗品と、テレビやシャンプードレッサー等の設備が揃っていたのでとてもよかったです。 それでいて4人で1万円しないくらいでした。 ・チェックイン時に無人で20分ほどチェックインできなかったこと（電話を鳴らしたのですが転送先の携帯電話が受付にありすぐに対応してもらえなかった） ・場所がJR,南海の駅から少し離れていること 以上の理由で★を１つ減らしています。 とはいえ短期滞在も長期滞在も快適だと思います。 部屋によるのかもしれませんが、シャワーブースのドアを開けるとすぐにベッドのある部屋で、脱衣所がないので、グループ旅行の際はわりと気心知れている人たちで行くことをオススメします。（結構きまずい）

トイレが狭い”
電車での訪問だったのですが和歌山駅からも和歌山市駅からも徒歩20分強ぐらいかかる立地なので少し遠く感じます！ただ近くにコンビニがあり、こじんまりとした居酒屋もあり、ドン・キホーテもあるので飲食や買い物にはさほど困らないと思います。 フロントでチェックインをして鍵を貰ったら一度ビルの外に出て階段を上がり、部屋へと行くスタイルなので外から入る場合はフロントを通らずに行けるので楽かなと思います。それにチェックアウトも鍵を指定された場所に戻すだけなので楽です！ 部屋はベッドが大きめで良かったですし、ドライヤーや冷蔵庫、電子レンジなどの備品やアメニティグッズも揃っています。 ただ残念だったのがトイレの狭さと防音の面です！トイレは座ると膝が扉に付いてしまうぐらい狭く、廊下での話し声が普通に聞こえてくるぐらいの壁の薄さでした！

ただ寝るだけだからと泊まりました。 寝具はシーツの交換などはされていないようで、そのまま寝るのに抵抗を感じました。 またパジャマなどは無く、下着のまま寝るしかありませんでした。安いけど、二度と使うことはないでしょう。

와카야마가시는 더 외곽지역인데 가격은 가격대로비싸고 (2500엔) 도쿄, 오사카 1000엔 정도의 숙소보다 나은게 단 하나도 없어요. 아쉽네요
