Great stay for Haneda Airport”

Chose this hostel initially for its location to airport for a very early morning flight and certainly don't regret that decision! Place is clean and comfortable, and the owner is very kind and helpful with no problem communicating in English. Would recommend!

Extremely homey and cozy”

The host is very kind and helpful. The hostel is very clean and cozy. The host put hot water bag in the bed to warm it up, making it even more comfortable. The location is wonderful. It takes only 3~5 minute walk to Anamori Inari station. Living in 328, you can easily go to famous attractions by transportaion while enjoying the ease living atmosphere and SENTO nearby. Definitely will come back here the next time I travel.

Great layover hotel”

I was here only for a night. Arriving midnight and awaiting to go Kyoto the next day. The location is in a small town nearby airport. easily accessible via train and taxi. Taxi cost around 2000yen coz i arrived late and the train ends midnight. The hostel is quite small and compact yet i feel it so comfortable and super clean. She comes by every now and then to check the condition of the toilet and room. She even takes my luggage up stairs. The hostess is so nice and take time to explain everything in English one customer at a time. Also got free ice-cream for me!! I love this hostel so much.

Excepcional ”

We were so happy and glad from the very beginning. Yuka the hostess was waiting for us in the midnight. Alert from our arrival and so kind to assist with luggage. She makes you feel comfortable from the beginning. Smiling and explaining everything with incredible ease. The place is amazing. Tidy, clean, sweet and full of toiletries, beds are amazingly cozy and warm. Bathroom impecable. Kitchen and premises outstanding. We booked 1 day transiting to the city but we would have stayed forever there ! I would really recommend this place to everybody. At the end Yuka took the time to make marks and record timings Of trains. Maps and explanations on different papers for me, so it was so easy to move in the city because of her. Every single piece of advise was outstanding. She’s a star ! And the place is amazing. Looks like a mini hotel instead of hostel ! Thanks YUKA ! We will come back hopefully ! 😍😍 and thanks for the chocolate before leave !

Just great”

We had to get an early flight from Haneda so we weren't here long but I think this hostel would be even worth it for a longer stay. The women who owns the hostel was incredibly helpful, really keeps the place in great condition and goes above and beyond to make the place cute and comfortable. It's close to public transportation and easy to find. It's possible to take an early bus to the airport. Would stay here again.

So CLEAN!! Extremely helpful staff, two stops from Haneda”

Unbelievably clean. no spot anywhere! Staff (whose name I forgot! Sorry) had maps prepared and is very informed about bus routes, trains, what to see, where to go. Extremely friendly. Offered so much help without me asking. to me and all the others. Met three lovely ladies too. Seems to attract a nice and fun, quiet, and respectful hostelers! I great place for late night airport or early, or for longer!

i highly recommend this hostel to any travelers hoping to stay near Haneda airport! i was so surprised at how clean and quaint the hostel was. the facilities are well equipped and very well kept. the owner of the hostel was very welcoming and helpful. when i was leaving, she shared a map with me and told me exactly what i needed to do to get to where i was going. my room was also very nice. the beds were comfy and warm. there was also a heated water pouch to make it even warmer if i was cold. all in all, I highly recommend this hostel for any travelers looking for a place to stay!

great location after a long flight”

the location is very near to Haneda, which is a serious consideration if flight arrive at night (I would not risk any delay in arrival when booking a room in central tokyo) or connecting. It would not break the budget even if use taxi. The place is super clean, the owner is really friendly. And great homely feel despite the hostel setup. Although sharing bathroom, there are not many guests considering the limited room so no worries of waiting. The drawback is small room (must mimic the Japanese in smart usage of the limited place in room) and thin wall (it is a hostel after all).

We stayed here for one night due to our flight landing late and needing somewhere to lay our heads near to the airport. When it was time to leave we wished we were staying here for longer. The host was extemely welcoming and very helpful. Little, carefully thought out touches made our first night in Japan very pleasant despite the tiredness from our long flight and stress of running to catch the last train in order to find the hostel. The value for money was excellent! If the guesthouse was in a convenient location closer to the city we wouldn’t have thought twice about extending our stay here. Thanks again for a lovely stay. Great airport guesthouse”

Pros: This hostel/guesthouse is great if you have an overnight layover at Haneda Airport or an early flight and want to stage near the airport the night before. The staff are very nice and there is a common area that sells beer and sake, separately there is a kitchen with free coffee and tea and a few tables. It is a 5 minute walk from the metro station and a 5 minute ride from the airport. Cons: It has Japanese style space efficiency. Two bunk beds are crammed into each room like individual cubby holes with very little room to store bags. Overall a great experience and a great guest house that I will use again when traveling.

The owner could speak English and was very friendly and had good recommendations for local food (half-price yakiniku, anybody?). Free tea, coffee, and water were available, as well as a fridge to store your own food. The whole place had a small and friendly Japanese feel to it.

Good value, great staff”

I stated here one night in transit, it was a lively little stopover. The lady who ran the place was SO lovely, went well out of her way to help out with all my questions. The facility is neat and tidy, not fancy but completely functional and really well located for the metro. The dorm bed was super comfortable. Also, if you want to try something different, fun and delicious, ask for directions to the Okinawa restaurant that is really close.

Great Place if you want be near Haneda”

The Hostel is really nice and clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is a little small, so you wont be able to bring your big bags up to the dorm. But besides that it was very comfortable.

The host is very kind and accomodating. She gave my friend an umbrella for rainy days. Although the facility is quite small, it was never a problem, since everything is kinda small in this country. I really enjoyed my stay.

It's near the airport, so perfect for late arrivals. But the hostel is very nice and the host really take care of you and helps where ever she can. So I extended for one more night and didn't move into the city. with the train it's no problem to go to the center.

The hostess was very thoughtful and helpful. When I told her how much time I had at Haneda and where I needed to be next, she came up with recommendations and train schedule. I felt right at home. I would recommend to all my friends if traveling alone.

Comfortable”

That was a comfortable stay. Easy access to/from airport by bus or train. Few choices of restaurant nearby the hostel with 7-Eleven and many other choices of restaurant within 10 minutes by walk. There is a tax-free drugstore near by the train station. 15 by train to reach bigger city Kawasaki where had major department stores and Bic Camera for electronic products (tax-free for tourists). I only spent one night at Haneda city for my next flight a day later, and I have done so many things when I stayed at this great location hostel. I will recommend this place to single travellers if you don't mind other person snore next to you.

Lovely Hostel”

I arrived in Tokyo at almost midnight and had to take train to get to 328 Hostel. It is near the train station, and I walked from the station to the hostel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although I only stayed for one night, I can say that 328 Hostel gave me comfort and safety.

Great little place near to Haneda airport”

Very clean and comfortable. The only downside was not being able to check in and lie on the bed till 6pm, so if you arrive early, very tired, you have to go out and occupy yourself in a quit area. The place is excellent though, and if you're ok with having no access upto 6pm, then I'd certainly recommend it.
