The hotel is modern in the middle of town right on the trolley line. There is a Tully coffee next door. The American and Japanese breakfast buffets are small but filling and tasty. The superior double we reserved was adequate size with a double bed and bunk bed above for 2 adults and one child. And the price, it was exceptional, about $50 per room per night.

With a courteous, friendly and helpful staff this well maintained property is situated at the center of the two main train stations and the ferries' harbor and is adjacent to shopping malls and restaurants as well as public transportation.

Convenient location, just 2 mins to Tenmonkan Tram station. Airport bus also stops here. Staffers are friendly but many of them can't speak English. Room is small but very clean. Breakfast is simple but fine for me. I would suggest to provide more hangers, 2 hangers are not enough. The very best is the hotel provide a cellphone to guest. You can make free local or international call. You can also bring it out to use free internet searches. Impressive for a 3-star hotel. Worth for money. Highly recommend to stay here

Though we needed to walkup a staircase to the front desk for checking in due to hotel renovation, staff were very helpful, polite and fast at the checking in process. Breakfast is covered by a coupon to the neighborhood Tully's and was very tasty.

The hotel may be 2.5 stars but room was clean with fridge and bunk bed for our daughter. Good sized room for Japanese standards.

Located at the heart of Kagoshima City. You can easily find convenient stores, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. And it was Ohara Festival, you can enjoy the festival from your room's window.

Reception staff is helpful. Room is compact but has all the basic requirements. Excellent location in the shopping district of Kagoshima; walking distance to the ferry station as well as the train station. Basic breakfast spread provided in the morning. No hotel car park; 1000 yen for overnight parking at hotel linked, elevated public parking.
