Excellent location for traveling around Tokyo, near 2 subway stations that cover 5 metro lines. Room is clean, good amenities and spacious enough. On negative side, if the room near the road, can hear sound of vehicles passing all the time, not that many on night time though. If include breakfast, will have option to pick Japanese breakfast (set menu) or buffet. I suggest to pick breakfast buffet. It provide various dishes, although I hardly find any change on the menu during my 7 days stay at the hotel, e.g. bread, Japanese curry, fish, bacon, porridge section, salad bar, dessert bar etc. Some dishes on Japanese breakfast available on breakfast buffet too, except tofu dishes which is good enough to become the reason you pick this option.

It was in a great location with the Akasaka-Mitsuke metro station just across the road, offering easy access to 5 subway lines. The variety of food options in the vicinity is also mind boggling. For folks who like izakayas, there are plenty to choose from. Most are relatively inexpensive, for Tokyo that is. What takes the cake though, is that the hotel is served by a direct Airport Limousine bus from Haneda airport. No manhandling of suitcases up and down the metro steps, nor expensive cab rides from the airport. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. WiFi is free and fast. This hotel is highly recommended.

Excellent location and tremendous service from staff”
Room was very clean and offered a variety of pillows. The hotel is located to a metro station which has many options to travel to the rest of the city. The staff did their utmost to help me feel welcome and provided help whenever needed. The breakfast was well garnished and the Internet connection worked perfectly throughout the hotel. The only downside was television for foreigners very limited, unless you are willing to pay extra. Would definitely recommend to stay here !

The hotel staff was very friendly and service was excellent! Our group consisted of 4 family members and the hotel accommodated our request of 4 beds. The space was tight but it worked. We are all very pleased and will certainly be back. Location is excellent as well. The train station is across the street and plenty of restaurants within a less than 5 minute walk.

The staff were very polite, helpful and professional. The hotel is directly opposite the Akasaka-Mitsuke train station exit 10. Limobus to airport makes it very convenient if you have a morning flight. Rooms are a good size. Clean and comfortable. Cannot ask for more.

Great price, location, and hotel”
This was my first time to stay in this Excel hotel. I will certainly stay here again. The location is perfect. The room was spotless. And the staff were really nice and helpful. Check-in took a few minutes and check-out too a few seconds. I exchanged a few emails with the staff since I was driving and I needed a place to park. The emails I got were friendly and very informative. I fully recommend this hotel.

Very professional and helpful staff, daily cleaning with replacement of used items, smartphone with free internet connection to use around tokyo, perfect location with subway station (and ''bic camera'') right across the street and seven-eleven for necessities and cash withdrawal in the same building

Love the location, across the hotel is a subway station. Across the Street is a a lot of place to buy affordable food. The hotel in the ground floor has it's own 7-11 which is very convenient because they almost have everything you need. Also, super love the toiletries! Thank you Akasaka for a wonderful stay.

Good location and spacious rooms. Reception and room service are instantly and courteous. The only strange thing is the staff of ticket counter on the first floor 敬語を使わなかった.Maybe there are too many foreign tourists, and he don’t think any foreigners would know Japanese and the spirit of おもてなし.

Stayed here for a conference nearby at New Ohtani and it was half the price, room was great, nice size with twin beds overlooking street. Asakasa isnt noisy at night so easy to sleep and location was great for restaurants and train.

Exceptional Service”
So far so good, staff are really friendly and accommodating. The breakfast are good and waiters are so friendly. Very convenient in and out in the Airport taking the Bus Shuttle Limousine we don't need to walk, When we get down to the bus straight right away to the receptionist area. Although the room are small doesn't fit my 3 luggage and I have a 6 footer husband but still quite nice and comfy. Keep up the good work and maybe next year when we come back we will book again. Thank you so much for your service. Greatly appreciate.
