Hotellet hade ett jättefint läge. Personalen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Rummet var rent och sängarna väldigt sköna. Det bästa var ändå maten från deras restaurang! Restaurangen är värt ett besök även om man inte bor på hotellet. Även frukosten var utmärkt.

We stayed at the Alcron from 8/25-9/1/2019, on a trip to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We stayed in a junior suite, and asked for a nice view on a high floor. The room was large and comfortable, with plenty of light, but no real view. Neighbors across the way spent a good bit of time looking out their windows, which affected privacy, but that wasn't really a problem. The bath is fine, with a nice tub and a serviceable shower. The location, right off Wenceslas Square, was convenient to everything without being in the heart of Old Town. Our room cost included breakfast and a daily credit at the Be Bop Bar. The breakfast was good, in the lovely Rotunda Restaurant. And the Be Bop Bar deserves all the great reviews it gets. The bartenders are warm and welcoming. The food on the bar menu is very good, and you also have the option to order from the Rotunda restaurant. A couple of times we ate dinner or lunch in the bar, and we enjoyed drinks too. Service throughout is amazing!

Great Experience of Prague from the Alcron Hotel”
The Alcron hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a long time (and we travel a lot). Whilst the hotel itself is very nice it is actually the friendliness and hospitality of the staff made our stay very special. The staff are extremely friendly and keen to help make your stay even more enjoyable and they certainly exceeded our expectations. Although we could name a few staff members, Jana Dzumarkova (one of the concierges) was excellent in handling our requests and gave us valuable tips and advice to help us to get the best out of our stay in Prague. The restaurant breakfast is fantastic with a wide choice of food catering to everyone (meat lovers, vegetarians, gluten and dairy free etc) and the smoothies are great! Dinner was also top quality and price was reasonable. The location is ideal to visit the city as it is situated less than 10 mins walk from the old town. Thank you Jana and Alcron staff for giving us a great experience of Prague!

We were greeted warmly by the door man as we get off our taxi. Smooth check-in in the reception, the receptionist even ushered us into our room. The room was quite spacious and it was beautiful - it actually exceeded our expectations. We have our own Nespresso in our room. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff were friendly and helpful if you need anything. I also like the location of the hotel - it was in a quiet area and you feel actually safe. ❤️❤️ Will definitely be back here!

The staffs were very nice and friendly and gave us tips and guides about sightseeing on arrival without us asking. We got upgraded so the room was very spacious with excellent views. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Prague.

One of the best accommodations we’ve ever had ! Starting with the welcoming staff that will do everything to make you satisfy. We arrive earlier by a few hours and already got our room. Furthermore , during one of the nights there was lot of noise from the room next to us . The morning after , the staff has moves us to upgraded room and made us so glad. From my point of view , this is exactly how top class hotel should be like. Thanks for everything , we will definitely be back to this wonderful hotel again !

One of best hotels in Prague”
Honestly - this is one of the best hotels you can get in Prague, normally not very accessible price wise, but being a Czech visiting during covid period, I was able to grab a fantastic deal. My only concern would be a rather not extensive breakfast selection at the time (early December 2020) falling behind other 5 star hotels in Prague. I was also a bit unhappy about people not wearing masks at a open buffet when it was compulsory. If there is a good deal in future, I don't mind visiting again.

I went to Prague with two other family friends. The location, facilities, staff, cleaness are all great! Beakfast is nice, but barely any change over the weeks, could be improved. But overall, I definitely will recommend this hotel to the people I know!

We were very satisfied with our room, the staff and all the facilities at the Alcron. Location is perfect, right in the centre. The bar credit that was included in the deluxe room rate was very welcome. The Be Bop Bar is a great place to have a couple of drinks. The cocktails on offer are great fun!

Location is central, staff are caring and kind we asked for a late check out as my hubby wasnt well and they gave it free of charge. Facilities and the entire hotel was very clean. Highly recommended will stay again

The hotel is quite near to the Railway Station and only about 30 minutes drive to the Airport. However need to walk a bit to the nearest Tram/Metro Station esp. to one that heading to Mala Strana. The hotel is very clean and the facilities/amenities are excellent. The staffs are very welcoming and helpful, special thanks to Peter Koumal - excellent! The restaurant is also good and the breakfast is superb. Highly recommended.
