Pleasant stay!”

Stayed here for a night. Staff was friendly and housekeeping was quick to provide some utensils when requested for (most probably due to covid, they are not available in the room by default). They have this really cool chatbot where you can do most of the basic necessities - request for certain items, order room service, book time slots for facilities such as the pool and gym (again, covid measures), reserve buggy rides and more. The most basic deluxe room was really big and spacious! Loved the resort feels and although it was a low floor, the vast view of surrounding nature was beautiful. There’s also free parking for hotel guests *only*. Think there’s a second outdoor carpark should the indoor one be full. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Perfect for a short staycay”

From the time we checked in, Ms Siti Hasmah served us warmly and even went out of her way to offer scotch tape for my bf NRIC which was cracking. We were very impressed with this extra service which showed her great initiative in service. The concierge is prompt in assisting and the staff James who delivered ice bucket and cutlery to us at midnight was also excellent in his service. The room is perfect, with a working jacuzzi. Everything was working and the sheets are comfy. Breakfast was good. No complains and definitely have made plans to return for a short break again.

We enjoyed our stay here tremendously. The premises were clean and well maintained. Most importantly, the staff were immensely and helpful. We felt really at home from the moment we checked in. Best Staycation ”

Hi, We stayed at the 1bedroom villa and my kids really enjoyed it so much, room is clean though the resort is not new. Mr. Rajan Facility Manager was very kind and helpful as our room was not ready, he asked if we would like to sit at the conference room as the weather was very hot on that day. Even though we did not accept the offer his kind gesture was very thoughtful.

Nice spacious room which is clean and well kept. It is located at a good distance away from Resort World Singapore theme park, where there are plenty of food choices. The Imbiah train stop is just 5 mins walking distance and gets you to Vivocity if you need a breather out from Sentosa. It has been a great experience overall.

Enjoyable tranquil place to get away to”

The hotel is in a great location near to the beach. The facilities are super and the roof top pool is amazing. The whole setting will allow you to recharge and rejuvenate. The rooms are large and spacious and very clean. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning soon for another get away stay.

Nice 1 bedroom Villa”

The kids love the private pool, however the pool is a bit deep for our young children. It is at 1.4meter, we preferred it to be like 1.0m? All seems good and we did ask for the bucket of ice and it came in early. Since the Villa is surrounding greenery, there's a tree lizard hidden in one of the cabinet, a rat swimming into our pool, a cat meowing at night time. Apart for that, all its good. We are unsure if there will be a free shuttle bus from the hotel lobby to RWS. However we did explore out and taking the Sentosa free bus to RWS.

Great place to stay”

Nice place to stay on the island. It is close to Palawan Beach and close to bus stop that links to resorts world and Sentosa cove. Staff is very helpful and is kind enough to accommodate my special request. It’s my second time staying there this year and I certainly will be back if I can.

Overall”

Overall stay was great! Location is a short walk from the bus point within Sentosa itself. Vivocity, RWS is available thru shuttle service, grab or monorail. Room is great too, very comfy with separate shower and bathtub and a balcony. However, toilet has no bidet, just toilet paper. There’s two swimming pools of which the dream pool/kids pool is outdoors. A little less maintained though but kids can reach the height of the pool. Only one slide which can be better maintained and overall, dream pool isn’t really a dream yet. Can be better in terms of outlook and maintenance. Bring insect repellent if planning to sit and not swim there. But the sky pool made up for it. Feels cleaner and better maintained, though deep especially for children or short people. Breakfast was ok ok cause there were not many choices to choose from. But service of breakfast was great. Overall, had a great stay and definitely will come back one day. Thank you Amara Sanctuary!

good overall experience”

Great value for money, spacious and clean. Had a bathtub and outdoor swimming pool + gym. Minibar is on the house and free parking. Staffs are kind and polite. However, need to walk 5-7mins to get to Sentosa express from hotel. Few occasions whereby our calls were not answered.

Wonderful experience ”

We spent 1 night for my daughter birthday and I must say that everything was excellent. Hotel room is very clean, lovely staff and a great location. Thanks for free upgrade room and surprise cake for my daughter. I will certainly be staying here again!!!

Highly recommended retreat hotel”

This was one of our best staycations, a very relaxing, tranquil, quiet and private place, best for couples. Hotel was clean and we managed to get a exclusive free upgrade to premium room from deluxe room. Service was great and the room was clean and comfortable.

Great stay and great service ”

Brought my best friend here for a surprise bachelorette and it was a really good experience. Was a little hesitant to book cause I saw a couple of bad reviews but honestly, no regrets at all. The whole check-in/ check-out process was smooth and the staff were really nice. The place was clean, although a little worn down but not anything majorly noticeable. All the things in the room were working great and staff were accommodating when we needed some stuff. Special mention to Kevin, one of the security guards who drove us back on the buggy at night after we collected our food. He checked up on us and we spent a good time chatting with him as well! Although a little on the higher priced side, I felt it was worth the stay and experience. Would come back again (:

Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa-1 Bedroom Villa Stay”

We had a wonderful stay at the 1 Bedroom Villa. The rooms were clean, huge and perfect for our family. Check in was fast and we felt welcomed with the warm smiles of the staff. We definitely will be back!

Super relax staycation ”

Had a really chill and relax staycay at Amara Sentosa. Location was awesome as its walking distance to RWS. We settled our 3 meals there. There’s a busstop right outside the hotel which take us everywhere in Sentosa. Hotel room was spacious and clean.

Best staycay ever”

Had booked a villa with my family and it was the best staycay.clean, spacious and the jacuzzi and pool was excellent.no regrets and if pockets are deeper,will definitely book again in the future. Nit forgetting the friendly hotel staffs.

Utmärkt”

We are a couple in our 80's in Sentosa to see our grandson compete in Triathlon. We have run a very successful B&B in NZ in our retirement and are very aware of all accommodation pluses and minuses and that is why we have no reservations in rating Amara Sanctuary Resort at 10 out of 10 in meeting our expectations. Affordable, Clean and Convenient ”

Got a very good price from Agoda. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Since trams and buses are free, getting to and fro the resort and around Sentosa was very convenient.

Pros: - Friendly staffs. - Spacious room with a good size of balcony - Comfortable bed. Extra pillow provided in cupboard. - Nespresso machine in room. - Cleaned toilet. Bathtub available. - Toilet full of windows with all amenities provided. Cons: - Lack of TV channels. Overall, would definitely book and stay at Amara again. A good stay to escape to the hectic life. Really live up to the name of a "sanctuary".
