This was an amazing stay !! The hotel was very clean, in a fab location the pool and view from it couldn’t have been more fantastic . They helped us with a minibus arrangement from the hotel to Vientiane which was so helpful as we travel with our 8yo daughter ! We would recommend this hotel any day !

I was very happy to see him again in 2019 that I saw in 2018. He speaks a lot of Korean ^^ We thanked him for remembering him, not even check-in time. The best view from a pool ever”
I can always count on Amari for high-quality service and accommodations, and VV is no exception. We had an amazing view from our bed and balcony and would stay again for only that. Room is very comfortable and the breakfast is excellent, also with a beautiful view. The pool is the high point of the facility, with the only detraction being the large number of tourists who come in just to take photos there. In spite of that, we will return.

The vang vieng is the most popular destination to have adventure activity. Amari vangvieng is the top of the best hotell in vangvieng located at the heart of the town. There are have a great view, comfortable. Their staff are helpful they can gave me in any info of activities and tour program. So i think i will alway stay at Amari vangvieng when i go to there.

The incredible views of the river & mountains that were located behind the fabulous swimming pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating at all times. They helped ensure we got to go tubing safely and made our stay extra special and stress free. We will return.

The staff at Amari Vang Vieng were amazing and made my short getaway really easy. They helped me to book a tuk tuk service for my exploration while I was busy settling into the room. The tuk tuk service was also excellent and reasonably priced. The staff at the front desk, Pern, gave me advice on the local attractions given my limited time available. Most importantly, when my pick-up service was late, Pern offered to call them twice to make sure they were still on their way. I really admire the amazing service provided...will definitely book Amari for my next trip to Vang Vieng

Our room was gorgeous, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel is luxurious with a beautiful pool. Breakfast a little disappointing, however certain most people could find something. Our dilemma was checking out. Upon checkout we was asked to wait until room was checked, no problem. When checked apparently a small laundry bag was missing, therefore we were asked did we have it. We stated no and further added we only slept in bed and used the bathroom during the one night stay and hadn’t even used the complimentary water. One particular reception staff member insisted it was missing and then went to arrange for one to be brought down to the lobby to remind us what it looked like. We of course said this is ridiculous we do not have it. We was told we needed to wait to make sure we didn’t take it. The lobby was packed, it was embarrassing and humiliating. I even pulled my backpack apart to demonstrate I did not have it. The receptionist staff member was argumentative and insisted it was all necessary to ensure we had not removed it from the room. We kept trying to add it was obviously not in there to start with. In the end another staff member intervened apologetic and told us not to worry it was only a laundry bag and agreed it may not have been in room and to go. We was so disappointed and upset, we decided to use the hotels enquiry online form to complain. So we got a timely response from the manager of front office who spent a number of lines apologising......then it fell apart. Obviously a cut and paste, no mention of our issue. So beware and insist on checking your room with staff. This was only a laundry bag that was the size of a large pencil case! Imagine if it was a beer from the minibar.

V Beautiful hotel with absolute amazing Mountain View’s. Great location and walking distance to night markets, river and many places to eat. Pool is gorgeous and perfect for hot afternoons! Rooms are very clean and help hotel staff. Highly recommend!

Laos, they do not allow the buying woman. So if you want to the hot night. You must pay to hotel $40. And than hotel is very clean. The pool was awesome.

Amari located in the centre, room is spacial, clean and with good view of Nam Song river. Staff are cheerful and helpful. Surrounding have many food stall, restaurant & café. Along Nam Song river, there are few restaurant open during evening.
