Have stayed in Amora many times as it is in a great location and has good, trustworthy service, nice rooms and the biggest plus is that their shower heads are not fixed to the wall like most places and they have a balconies! Will be back in the future for sure!

Room was pretty big but was not cleaned during my stay. Small pool outside is in the shade for most of the afternoon. Next door to the shul which was useful.

Contacted Amora prior to arriving to organise and pay for an extra bed as we did not want our kids to share a bed Upon arrival were told this was not an option, rather disappointed.

I stayed in this hotel in the late 90s/ early 2000s and it is basically the same except the restaurant and pool has closed.

Overpriced Limited Hotel”
Hugely overpriced for the quality of the hotel, it's room and the helpfullness of the staff. I stay in Amora Sydney regularly for the same ((or cheaper) and it's a massively better hotel. I arrived overnight and needed to change into business attire, the staff made no attempt to offer any solution to this (in the end I had to change in a toilet). I thought the rooms were very basic, but I never tried the food so can't comment on this. In short at half the price I might have accepted this level of service.

Good location but the shower head cradle was broken and head would fall when you turned off shower, hurt when hit with it and the shower leaked around the glass panel, not enough towels to clean it up, the room wasn't very clean condom packet under couch, coffee table dirty etc. Staff pleasant but not very concerned with issues.

Unhelpful & unfriendly welcome at reception on arrival after a long drive. Was refused accomodation as I did not have photo ID - which I was unaware of on booking. Had to talk my way in, despite pre paying & several other forms of ID and having been a previous guest. Was an upsetting experience. TV did mot work & no breakfast facility. Handy location & great to have parking.

Firstly staff - excellent!! Early check in, very friendly and helpful in every way. Kind and considerate. Room - pretty good, executive room is roomy, simple and AC is fully configurable to your liking. Facilities - pool and spa. Excellent and clean. Carparking available for an extra cost. Location - close to city centre. Overall - would definitely recommend!! 4.5stars

Clean, tidy, rather tired, but room was roomy. Bathroom clean but tired. Staff were very kind especially when everyone was evacuated due to fire alarm going off during torrential rain. Restaurant not operating.

Location was great and it was an easy walk downhill to the CBD. The 24 hour reception suited us as we were a early morning arrival at 130am. Washing machine in twin room and a nice little balcony. Pool was heated and the lifts were spotless.

Expected more from Pacific Apartments, especially with the review rating from others. - Parking was an issue; no mention on the website that you needed to book this separately - Room was clean but there was a stain on the carpet - Pillows were hard, woke up with a stiff neck - Shower over bath; older bathroom than what i expected for a deluxe studio - No fan in the bathroom to manage condensation - Shower soap dispenser was empty - during check-in the receptionist dropped what they were doing to assist a colleague with another customer. No apology or explanation was given, i was just left standing at the counter (this was while i was contemplating whether to cancel my booking or not because of the parking situatuon). Positives: - Excellent location, very central yet quiet - Good view from balcony

Great location proximate to upper Queen Street, K Road, Town Hall. Slightly dated but in good repair but seemed to have good facilities (did not use pool, etc) and easy access to playground at Meyer Park for the young one.
