Great hostel and very comfortable!”
We loved our stay here because it was just a 5 mins walk from Minowa station. The staff were helpful and kind. They have free coffee, tea and water which is a plus because water is a bit expensive in Japan. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The toilets are clean and the water in the shower is strong and can be adjusted to hot/cold anytime. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Tokyo. It's located in a quiet area so you can really rest well after a long tiring day.

Lovely staffs, place and super clean! I was feeling at home, especially talking to people and cooking together sometime. The time was really precious for me during this difficult era. I was not a traveller but working where’s close to the hostel tho, definitely come back! And I recommend that you stay if you have any chance to visit Tokyo! Thanks a lot!

You need to pay for everything”
The location is quite far from the train station. Everything needs to be paid. There's no towel so bring your own unless you're willing to pay 300yen. You can't leave your luggage at the reception unless you're willing to pay 200yen per person. This is the first hotel where i experienced leaving luggage with pay. Plus their check-in time is 4pm and checkout is 11am. That's just 17hrs of stay? However, on the good side, the place was very clean and the facilities are impressive.

Modern and new hostel with excellent staff. However, design is flawed. As you can hear echo from the shower, toilet and other rooms while inside your room. There is only one hook and 3 hangers on the wall to hang your clothes. this is way too few and the hook is so close to the doors, it always catches clothes.

Simple hostel”
First time staying in a twin bed room hostel. Room just enough for 2 pax but only 1 chair. 2 shower and 2 toilet for each gender at each level. No sound proof. It just opened last month but the dryer is full of dust. Common kitchen available. Good WiFi speed.

The hostel is still quite new, the room is spaces compare other hostel in Tokyo. However, we do not feel the room is ready, as you can smell the wood/dust when you first enter the room. There is a small refrigerator inside the room with only able to keep 1 or 2 can of drink, but they do have a share refrigerator downstair. They do prepare 3 hanger but with only 1 hook where is difficult for you to dry your towel. The room is basic, with only queen size bed and nothing else for example table or chair or even rack or wardrobe. The pillow they provide is very thin is about 7cm but it will flat out to 3cm when you sleep. We requested to have extra pillow but they do not have extra to provide to us. We have to fold the pillow when we sleep during the 5nights of our stay. The wall and door is very thin too, you will hear everything at late night when there is inconsiderate person to talking and walking. The bathroom doesn't have a good ventilation, therefore there is bad smell. For the kitchen, the electric kettle is leakage from the bottom when it boil. They have no change it even after two days we highlighted to staff or perhaps they should put a notes to alert the user. I think they should improves the hotel/room conditions.

Yes it’s bigger than most accommodations in Japan but it’s not worth it. I don’t think they clean the place and they have such poor customer service! Not going back here.

Small hostel. Like a prisoner. Can’t sleep all day. Because room can hear everything from outside.not keep sound. Staff not good service mind. Angry at you. When you book double times but you want cancel another one but staff very angry and don’t let’s you cancel but take your money double price. Room have nothing. Everything you need have to buy for example towel toothpaste toothbrush slipper etc. staff not stay at service all day they will leave hotel and go back home. So nobody can’t help you anything because can’t call. No have trash. You have to leave trash at your room.

Dear Ampha Thank you for staying at our hostel for your stay in Tokyo. We are sorry that we could not make your stay comfortable at here. We wished we could help you for your miss booking, but we couldn't because this is one of a contract between us and we had kept the room for you. This is the policy for all guests, for make things fair. Also we want to provide room with reasonable price as a hostel so we are leaving it to you to bring your own stuff or buy at front desk. same reason for our front desk opening hours. (one of our staff is staying at this hostel for emergency case) And there is a bin each room and if its full, we are happy to correct, so you don't need to leave it all the time in your room! We couldn't have good communication at first because of booking mistake. That wasn't good start. Sorry again that we could not provide you a good experience at here. We will keep doing our best to make good service. Thank you.

ที่ตั้งเดินไกลจากสถานีนิดหน่อยค่ะ แต่หาไม่ยาก บริเวณใกล้ๆมีร้านสะดวกซื้อ พนักงานน่ารักดีค่ะ พูดอังกฤษได้ ห้องค่อนข้างเล็ก แต่ถ้าไม่ได้ซีเรียสอะไรก็โอเคค่ะ พนังห้องบาง ได้ยินเสียงข้างนอกตลอด ห้องน้ำรวม มีห้องอาบน้ำ 1 ห้องน้ำ 2 ค่อนข้างโอเคเลยค่ะ

โรงแรมใกล้อุเอโนะ เดินทางสะดวก”
&AND HOSTEL MINOWA เป็นโฮสเทลที่ไม่ได้มีห้องนอนรวม แต่เป็นห้องเดี่ยวแยกเหมือนโรงแรมขนาดเล็กทั่วไป ห้องพักถือว่าไม่ได้เล็กมาก สมารถเปิดกระเป๋ากางได้ 4 ใบใหญ่ๆบนพื้น ที่นอนก็ใหญ่มาก ถือว่าอยู่ในระดับดีเลยทีเดียว แต่มีข้อดีก็ต้องมีข้อเสีย ด้วยความเป็นโฮสเทลทำให้ไม่มีห้องน้ำในตัวห้อง มีแต่ห้องน้ำรวมแยกไว้แต่ละชั้น แต่ 1 ชั้นมีอยู่แค่ 6 ห้อง ทำให้คนไม่ค่อยแย่งกันใช้ ใครที่ชอบแบบมีห้องน้ำในตัวแนะนำให้ไปที่อื่นดีกว่าครับ ทางด้านความเป็นส่วนตัวถือว่าค่อนข้างเงียบ อย่างที่บอกไปว่ามีเพียง 6 ห้องต่อ 1 ชั้น ทำให้ค่อนข้างเงียบ คนไม่พลุกพล่าน ส่วนการเดินทาง อยู่ใกล้สถานี Metro มิโนวะ ซึ่งอีกแค่ 1 สถานีก็ถึงอุเอโนะแล้ว ถือว่าใกล้พอสมควรสำหรับย่านท่องเที่ยว โดยรวมถือว่าสมกับราคา ใครที่สนใจก็มาลองใช้บริการได้ พนักงานพูดภาษาอังกฤษเก่งมาก ลื่นปรื้ดๆ คุยได้สะดวก
