I spent a few nights at that place, as I was going to watch a Kiss concert at Tokyo Dome. I wanted a Hotel in walking distance to the venue and also one which can be reached easy with public transportation from Narita. Last requirement was, that it does not rip a hole in my wallet… the Kiss ticket already did.. I found the Hotel convenient and effective. It had all I needed and certainly a higher standard than I would get in a Philippine Hotel for the same rate. My room was small, but had all I needed. The Internet was fast, but had once in a while some outage. Staff was efficient and the room as well as its facilities were very clean. I had a smoker’s room. They somehow managed, that the room smelled somehow fresh and not like an airport smoking area, I wish I could figure out that secret for my office. I did not try the restaurant and I booked without breakfast. During my stay, I never saw anybody eating there, and did not try by myself, so I can’t judge. TV could have another inter

The service and location of this hotel satisfied me. It’s a good place to stay for a short time (or longer too if you’re travelling alone). It’s a hotel which is probably more suitable for Japanese businessmen staying overnight than someone going on a vacation however hotel rooms in Tokyo are generally small and not luxurious (unless you pay a premium price). The bathroom was good (had everything) along with the fridge, TV and wifi (some more International channels would be nice however I was able to cast from my I-Pad. The laundry was also easy to use. Other than the lack of space, there was a smell (smoking rooms should be banned, I guess Japan are slowly catching up). After the 4th day some more coffee would have been nice. It’s located between Kudanshita and Iidabashi subway stations (Iidabashi is good for train connections).

I was there to stay one night. To be honest, there is a little bit far away from subway Kudanshita station however nothing other issues. Acommondation fee is in acceptable range and guest rooms are comfotable. Only thing is don't mixed up with other APA hotel which located to accross the street. This hotel is nearby Kudanshita and other one is nearby JR Iidabashi station.

A reception man called into the room phone which rang heavily while I was completely sleeping at 11:00 pm saying he wanted to complain how I parked my bike. He repeated complain linen cargo was obstructed without rendering guest’s comfort. Next day the cargo was placed with much spare space. Terrible! APA Kudanshita is only economic in price but you pay heavily in total. I do not recommend.

Casual APA hotel for budget traveler”
I reserved this APA hotel branch because the it’s price is slightly more cheaper than the the others’ nearby. It takes more 5 min to walk to iidabashi station but is more closer to jumbocho station. Speaking of the facilities and the services, it meets the average level of APA hotel, and the price is reasonable.

this is not exactly an APA hotel uve seen in japan. its more the first ever APA hotel and still running. very old. nice location so simple food. chinese area.

Reception cannot speak English very well. I just want to leave the luggage since I arrived before check in time, but they do not understand me. However, it is very close to Budokan which is very convenient if you are going to see the concert. It is only 10-15 minutes walking. :)

No more APA for me”
I made a mistake booking with APA for their price I expected a room with location on Akihabara at least two beds and a non smoking room. The room was so small, barely enough moving space and the smell was too intense I had ask for an air freshener, sprayed all over the room, crack open the window and turn on the act to help with the stench. I get more out of my money staying at a different better hotel with better location.

Service was great. Location is in a quiet neighborhood, away from the chaos, but still accessible. Metro station is 2 mins away, plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Very near Tokyo Dome if you're watching something there.

Regarding the size of room, guest`s room is constructed designing for so is called `compacted room` enabling you guest to fetch guest`s stuff within the reaching of guest`s hands with guest sleeping on comfortable bed.
