Old but clean hotel with a view of Sakurajima ”
We were given a warm welcome and served hot tea while waiting for check-in which other hotels do not have. The staff was very hospitable and helpful! Although the 3 Japanese style rooms didn't come with a view but the western style room and breakfast dining area had a beautiful view of Sakurajima! It was great having breakfast with such a good view! There was also a public bath at the TOP floor which we enjoyed! Only setback is hair conditioner wasn't provided in this hotel. Location of hotel was within walking distance to the ferry port and eateries.

Good experience sleeping in Traditional Japanese Room”
We booked four rooms not knowing that each room can actually fit 3 people. We could have cut down one room as there were only 8 of us. Only the western room has a view of Sakurajima. However, we had breakfast with a beautiful at the dining area! Hotel was also within walking distance to the ferry terminal, 24h MacDonalds outlet and many eateries. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and hospitable! We were served hot tea while waiting to check in. This greatly warmed by parents-in-law's hearts! There was a public bath at the TOP floor and the rooms were spacious! We enjoyed our stay there!

Nightmate, stay away from this hotel”
Extremely BAD EXPERIENCE to stay in this hotel, staff with poor english, Hang on the DND sign but still go in to my room, the furniture is old and broken.Upon check out the staff didnt let me go and asked for the room payment even I showed them the Agoda voucher, after delayed 15 mins to let them check, my shuttle bus to airport already MISSED......Complain to agoda three weeks about this case but the hotel still dont have any reply, that mean the hotel doesn't feel sorry and not care their guest.

就在港口边上，去樱岛和屋久岛都非常方便！酒店有大浴室，泡泡温泉很舒服。酒店服务人员很热情，看我们时间比较紧，帮忙预约出租车。

酒店附近沒有多大設施，有自設免費小型停車場，員工英文能力好，有溫泉湯屋，雖然不大，小休已十分足夠
