Really impressed”
We were really impressed with this hotel. Yes, it was a little dated but it was spotless and very comfortable! We got a weekend stay for a very good price and we took the 10 minute stroll to the NEC for the caravan, camping and motorhome show. We stayed 2 nights at the Arden and had breakfast both mornings and ate in the bar both nights. The 'all-you-can-eat' buffet breakfast was delicious and great value at £10 each if ordered the night before. The bar meals were also delicious and great value at £10! I had oven baked salmon one night and bear battered fish and and chips the next - I would thoroughly recommend both!

Highly recommended hotel”
I booked this hotel as Iwe was going to the nec for two days and we were very impressed. On arrival i found a disabled parking space straight away, when entering the hotel the staff was very friendly and the hotel looked amazing. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and we loved our room. The food was superb and enjoyed it immensely. After checking out we was still going to the nec and returned to our car five hours after check out time. When we went inside to pay for the extra time there was no charge. We will definitely be booking up again next year, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great all round but impeccable service!”
Check in was brilliant, so friendly and helpful and ensured we had all the information we needed. The room was very clean and well appointed. The staff on the leisure area were lovely and again super helpful. The staff at the bar were exceptional in their support of our needs. The cleaners were also exceptional, we were in when they came round and so they must have still come back late and it was spotless. The hotel was lovely, but the customer service from every member of staff we met, made our stay exceptional.

We were returning from a family funeral, and tired after a horrible journey stuck in traffic on the M5. The hotel was welcoming, clean and with pleasant, helpful staff. The staff at breakfast were lovely and the food very good. It is ideal for proximity Birmairport. We would rej on end it to others and return there ourselves when using this airport.

We had a great stay at the Arden Hotel. It was comfortable, welcoming and in a great location for getting into the city centre. We visited the Christmas market twice and thoroughly enjoyed our romantic weekend away

Great price. Really friendly staff. Food and drink not expense and very nice. Rooms slightly outdated but nothing wrong with them at all. Had everything you need and very clean and roomy. Highly recommended

The Arden Hotel is really close to the NEC and has private parking. Rooms are comfortable and the food is reasonable. Staff, this year, are helpful and friendly. I will definitely use it again.

Comfortable hotel accessible for NEC”
Helpful, polite staff. Room clean and comfortable bed. Evening meal and breakfast - good value for money from £10 each meal. Lovely swimming pool. Additional information in room or given at reception would be useful, but not a big issue :- £1 required for pool locker, towels given at pool, May have to book swimming slot. When leaving hotel car parking ticket requires validating. I would certainly return. Very convenient for NEC, only about 10 min walk away.

Came here to say for one evening and it was very nice. Bed felt like a cloud! Breakfast in the morning is absolutely delicious especially the sausage. Overall just a really nice place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is within walking distance from the train station, although you go around the back of the hotel. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. I nearly got lost in the hotel, which is large and slightly dated, but i found it great value for money and clean. Rooms are big with tea and coffee. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice.

This hotel is located in a quiet and easily accessible area and the addition of the leisure centre was a bonus. Was lovely to have a swim and use the steam room before the trip home 😊

We went to a concert at the world resorts arena….. this is a great location and allows you to walk to bad from the venue. Suits us down to the ground….

Excellent staff and breakfast”
The staff could not have been better, especially the breakfast staff. Smiling and courteous, and very obliging with my husband's allergies. We really enjoyed the spa too. The decor is a little dated but it is all very clean and comfortable.
