Stannade ytterligare en natt, fick då ett rum mot insidan och det var lite lugnare. Inte störd tidigare men det här var bättre. Förstår inrte varför internet ska vara så dyrt.

vi var endast där i 2 nätter men tyckte att det låg lite för långt från centrum och andra aktiviteter. låg en golfbana mittemot men tyvärr hade vi inga klubbor med oss. hotellet hade fin matsal med bra mat till hyffsade priser och trevlig personal. stora utrymmen både i foajén och på rummen.där var rent och snyggt.

Bayview on the Park”
Prisvärt hotell vid Albert park. Hjälpsam personal med bl.a. "helpdesk". Nära till centrum med t.ex. taxi, buss och spårvagn. Fin uppvärmd utomhuspool och gym. Tyvärr så luktade inte heltäckningsmattan i kooridoren så gott, (Troligen mögel!) Men annars är hotellet mycket prisvärt och kan rekomenderas. Ta gärna en promenad runt Albert Lake ca. 6 km.

Old rundown”
This was an awful experience. Firstly they tell us we need to pay $100 security deposit ,that went out years ago. Other places just hold your card number until you leave. Old fashioned and annoying. The room was old and needed repairs. It was smelly and the pillows were way to soft. The parking costs extra when they should include this in the price if they want people to stay. I wont be staying there ever again

Good location between city and St Kida - tram stop no 26 on st Kilda Rd then just. 5 min walk to hotel. Our room was decent size, comfortable king bed and lovley views over Albert Park Lake and golf course. No corner store or cafe close by!

It’s a nice hotel, most of the staff are friendly and helpful but the it’s rooms etc are starting to look and feel a little tired. The rooms are clean and tidy but they are in need of a makeover and upgrade. If you don’t need to be in the CBD it’s in a great location virtually across from Albert Park. Booking via Agoda I got an extremely good rate which far out weighed the cosmetics of the rooms.

Great little boutique hotel ”
Firstly I would like to thank Duty Manager, Lee, for helping me with my double booking with Agoda. It happened because another Frontend staff made a mistake and told me I did not have a booking and I rebooked and paid for it without questioining. Immediately after check in, Edward, rang me to inform me of my double booking and Lee was kind enough to assist me to contact Agoda and resolved the issue immediately. I like the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Good amenities in the room. The hotel is far away from the city but close enough to commercial road so there are plenty of restaurants available nearby. I have stayed at Bayview Eden and I must say I prefer Bayview at the Park. Yes, I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone.

Not many hotels with car parking this close to the city, so makes this hotel an attractive, reasonably priced option. However the place is run down in parts and definately showing its age. Having said that, we are return customers and would stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade when checking in with my daughter. Room was lovely with a comfortable bed and it was nice to be able relax in the armchairs. Pool looked amazing and I’m disappointed I didn’t have time for a swim. Maybe next time.

This is a great hotel st stay in when you need to go to the Vic Arts Centre, the Prahran Markets, and other destinations on the eastern side of Melbourne. Trams, easy asccess to the city by car. The team were very friendly and happy to help my husbannd and I, Terrific quiet little bar within the hotel with a great short menu Good for a snack and a drink when returning form a concert, shopping, etc
