Amazing over all stay, starting with a smiling and very friendly lana and zuka, made me felt welcomed since the begining. The room is big and clean and nice The rooftop is nice tobdrink and eat there Good breakfast Location is nice, 5-10 mins walk from everything Would very much come back again

Location good, only luxury hotel option in Kutaisi”
This is one and the only luxury hotel available in Kutaisi so nothing much to choose from or compare with. Views from rooftop is really nice but the location is not right in the middle of the centre, its just at the start to city centre. Only reception staff speak good English so asking for coffee can be difficult at breakfast. Rooms spacious and clean.

My first impression of this place was that it all felt a bit tired - but on closer inspection I realised it was just the colour choices. My double bed was two single mattresses pushed together - so not the most comfortable. One night a family in a neighbouring room arrived back late in the evening shouting, slamming doors and kids screaming. I’d read that the breakfast was amazing - in truth it was nothing special. All this said, it was in a great location and I would say it was ok.

Location of the hotel is very good. Breakfast is below average with little choice. We had a fridge that smelled and did not cool despite repeated reminders. We were given bath towels with holes. Keys to our room were given to another guest who opened the door and tried to enter the room at 10.30pm pm at night!!! In summary, we are recommending this hotel purely for its location.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge”
Vi bodde på Best Western Kutaisi i fyra nätter och var i stort väldigt nöjda med vistelsen. Hotellet har ett bra och centralt läge precis vid White Bridgen och nära många bra restauranger. Vi hade bokat en svit som var av bra storlek, tyst och med tre franska balkonger. Soffan i vardagsrummet förvandlades till säng åt barnen vilket var smidigt, tyvärr var den inte så skön att sova i för vår sjuåring och vi kände samma sak när vi låg i bäddsoffan för att natta barnen. Sängen och kuddarna i sovrummet var av bra storlek och väldigt skön. Badrummet var väldigt stort och hade dusch men tyvärr inget badkar även om utrymmet hade tillåtit det. Städningen var ok men kunde ha varit bättre. Frukosten var bra och det var väldigt gott med Georgisk yoghurt. Personalen var trevlig och lösningsfokuserad. Det enda negativa vi upplevde under vår vistelse var när vi bokade taxi som ena gången aldrig bokats och inte hade samma pris som utlovats, andra gången kom den 15 minuter sent.
