Ett bra hotel men rymliga rum. Jättebra läge i stan. Frukosten var inte så bra som man kan förvänta sig av ett hotell i denna prisklass.

This is an older hotel, although the room was of acceptable size and cleanliness. Check in and check out were easy and the desk staff spoke English well. The top floor bar offered great views of the city and a wide drink selection. The only negative would be the water pressure in the shower was not as strong as I would have liked. It seemed taxis didn't know the name "Best Western" but Tuushin seemed to do the trick!

Good location, but some issues”
The location is perfect, very near to the Chinggis square and Gobi store. However, the water is very yellow... I thought it was my room's problem, but I asked my colleagues and they all had the same problem. It seems that the entire hotel will have the same issue.

It happened now the second time to me in this hotel: I paid my minibar consumption in cash when checking out in the early morning. However the hotel charged my credit card additionally! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED: don't pay cash - they will cheat you ! Additionally they never refill the mini bar...

Decent hotel though pricey for the average service quality and amenities. The real plus point of this hotel is mainly its central location near various government offices, universities and banks.

Just good location, easy access to amenities and some tourist spots. That's about it. Hotel facilities and amenities are basic. Had to specially request to replenish toiletries otherwise not automatically refilled.

I spent two weeks in the Best Western Tuushin on a business trip having secured a good deal on Agoda. It is in a great location. I enjoyed my daily walk to the office across Sükhbaatar Square and along Peace Avenue. The hotel staff are excellent - always friendly and helpful, for example, even coming out to the street (in freezing weather) to organise a taxi and following up afterwards calling me to make sure all was well, and housekeeping superb! Breakfasts are excellent, room service timely, and the 25th floor a good place for dinner. The bedroom was spacious and warm (outside it was sometimes -21C) and everywhere clean and tidy. The renovation works outside the hotel entrance are a bit of a mess and need to be completed asap. Otherwise, 9/10!

Conveniently Located Decent Hotel”
Second time staying at this facility mainly because of its convenient location. Room is spacious and reasonably clean. Toilet amenities and supplies could be more generous. Should replenish sparingly. Feedback to housekeeping about a terrible sewage stench in the toilet but was never addressed throughout my stay. Air-conditioning is not cold. Good hot water for shower except the water pressure is so low, it is a trigger. Breakfast spread is decent except if you are staying over a week, one get tired of the same food everyday. As stated, I only stayed here because of its convenient location and no other alternative. Otherwise, I would consider others.

Centrally Located Hotel”
Honestly for over S$200++ one would expect more than what this facility has to offer. While the room is spacious, it is dated . The toilet is large but stark. Bathtub is too high and it is no easy getting in and out of it. Cable TV channels are limited. Breakfast spread is ok and really nothing to shout about. I had to stay there because it is walking distance from my business partner's office. Traffic congestion is really bad in Ulaanbaatar (something you should try to avoid). But the customer service is really good. English speaking service staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Irresponsible service by hotel staff”
I showed the staff with this agoda voucher clearly stating that a delux 2 double bed room was reserved, however the hotel said there is no such room type availble and it is a misrepresentation by Agoda. Despite of this, I asked to arrange an extra bed to us as it was shown on the voucher again that has been included during reservation, the staff told us to pay this time. It is ridiculous to ask the customer to pay twice for an extra bed, right? since we have paid during the reservation with Agoda. This staff never check carefully and simply asked the customer to pay anyhow.
