I have nothing to complain about. This is by far the most enjoyable stay in any hotel i have had. The food is great, amazing onsen, extrordinary views and the people are just exceptionally amazing. They are all extremely friendly and warm and approchable, words cant even describe. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Bokoro Ryokan, traditional onsen hotel with nice food, view and staffs”

Bokoro Ryokan is a very nice onsen hotel in Kurayoshi. It has the only one outdoor onsen on the lake in Japan. Their onsen is very clean and nice, you can enjoy both outdoor and indoor while you stay, but the outdoor one has really nice view and peaceful feeling. Their roooms are all traditional Japanese tatami, but the bed and blanket they provide is very soft and really comfortable. The room is quite large, and have the necessities. Usually it included both dinner and breakfast, both of them are tasty and make you so full! The hotel staffs are very nice and experienced with good smile and warm welcome. The only thing of this hotel is the location, if you’re driving that’s not really matter, if you are taking public transport to the hotel, you can reserve the shuttle bus at certain times or public bus also access there if you cannot make the shuttle bus reservation. Bokoro is really a nice onsen hotel, highly recommend!!! Btw Conan manga has been drawn this at background, cool!

Excellent Hotel ”

We went to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary in Japan and the Hotel not only provide us an excellent service but also gave a gift that we almost weep our eyes! The Hotel was really 5-star with a grand lobby, marvelous lakeview and most of the rooms can look over the lake and you can watch the sunrise or sunset. The outdoor onsen was great experience since they located near the lakeside which was very outstanding. Dinner and breakfast was delicious and we must particularly thanks to staff - Ms Yamada who looked after us attentively and offered us a warm welcome. Even she was not on duty during our departure, she wrote a note to congratulate us again of our wedding anniversary that touch our hearts and sweet memory! We must recommend the Hotel to everyone who visit Tottori and we will come again!

由於入住前一天台風到達。因此，很多住房已取消，但我們下午2時多到達，都不給我們入住，都是按3時才可辦理，令我們硬著到最近的景點倉吉白壁土藏群，由於台風剛掠過，很多館都沒開，完全浪費我們的時間。另外，回來給房我們，解釋溫泉及晚餐地點，但晚上才記起拿雞蛋去浸溫泉蛋，到櫃檯查詢，說已沒有就說了。我們最早到達，但沒有溫馨的接待及體貼的服務，以這樣的價錢入住這樣質素的服務，完全不值，太失望

員工很有熱情，我們一到停車場已經迎接我們，替我們推行李，check in 後帶我們到房間並提我們雪柜內有小點，記得食，房間可以看到湖景，湖上溫泉景色很美。 早餐和晚餐非常豐富和美味，這個價錢入住非常超值

렌트가 늦어 오사카에서 늦게출발해 밤 8시쯤 도착했는데 다행스럽게도 훌륭한 석식을 제공해줘 무척 좋았습니다 온천도 매우좋고 시설등 매우 편안하고 훌륭했어요 맘 같으면 장기로 투숙해 쉬어가고 싶었어요

부모님 모시고 다녀온 여행인데요, 정말 너무 좋았습니다. 말이 통하지 않았지만, 너무 친절했고 크게 불편함 없이 지냈던 것 같아요. 담당 직원분이 송영까지 도와주시고, 헤어질 때 손편지까지 써주셔서 정말 감동이었어요. 온천이야 말할 것도 없이 좋았고, 밥도 정~말 맛있었습니다! 또 오고 싶은 료칸입니다. 최고예요!

올해 4월에 친구들과 다녀왔는데, 좋아서 이번에는 엄마 모시고 다녀왔습니다. 엄마 모시고 갔다고 직원분이 친절하게 호텔내 안내도 해주시고, 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 갈 용의 있습니다.

3박 4일로 여행하면서 여러 숙소를 돌아다녔는데 그 중에 제일 좋았던 숙소였고, 다음에도 돗토리에 오게 된다면 꼭 다시 들리고 싶습니다. 숙소시설은 말할 것도 없이 최고였고, 직원분들도 너무 친절하셔서 기억에 남네요:)
