Room was ok. No complaints really. They did offer WiFi and hotel is right next to Al seef hospitals and many restaurants etc.

The bedsheets where stained, although I believe they were washed before I got the room. The floor had long hair both around the bed and in the bathroom. During my entire 8 days stay, there were no cleaner nor the bedsheets changes and not even the towels changed.

Many issues which kept reoccuring”
I booked this place knowing it was a low budget place to stay, however, there were issues with it which were very annoying even for the cheap price. When first arriving into the bedroom, the staff failed to mention the hot water heater that needed to be turned on each day to give water for the shower. On the first morning we woke up there was only cold water available. We specifically asked for a non smoking room and recieved confirmation of this, regardless, there was a strong smoke of smoke around. Each day when we returned after a long day out and about the key card would fail to work on the door and we had to go down and fix it. This literally happened every day we stayed, even after they assured us that it would work on our way up. The staff were quite unhelpful and sometimes we felt like burdens for asking. It was a cheap place to stay for those nights, but I definitely would not recommend anyone to stay there unless they were very stuck.

Very bad stay at this semi unfurnished hotel!! The place is too old with only one staff in the reception area who served you for everything. The bed is not comfy at all with a smily place.. The place needs for a renuvation

Very bad and no clean no respond from front desk”
This hotel i will not suggest any human beings. Because the front desk and staffs are like donkey. Doesn’t understand what customers value. I stayed 4 days continuously from 21 April 2019 . Sorry to say that, the towel, bed sheet or even tea glass also not replacing this 4 days. No cleaning. No brushing floor. Nothing. Hundred times complained front desk. There sitting Egyption cant compare to Donkey. Because donkeys do more than this. But one sure. The Egyptians staffs and donkeys are smile is same

The location is good, the room is big, the facilities are old, the bed is very uncomfortable, and the quilt is a little bad. I hope it can be improved.

Don't try this Hotel!”
Although the Hotel has excellent location, 5 min away from the beach, near to Salmiya malls and shops etc. But as we checked in, we couldn't imagine that a hotel can be so dirty and the facilities are in an extreamly bad shape. We couldn't spend even one night and had to leave immediately to Look for another Hotel. The staff were very helpful and understood our situation. They knew what they have and their argument for the shape of the hotel was the low price. For 30% more we got a decent hotel somewhere else though. But still we got charged the first night fee and the Agoda fees before they refunded us the rest of the paid amount. I think with a major restoration of this hotel it could be an asset, but until then we don't recommend it.

Rooms are not cleaned, you write that you have a pool, but i asked where is the pool and the receptionist told me that they dont have any pool. Cockroaches everywhere, ive killed like 20-30 cockroaches every day, missing many things in the room. I think rooms are not cleaned for about half a year. I dont recommend this hotel. Find another one.

Very poor hotel, they don't clean the room unless asked for that, they don't provide water, coffee & tea and toilet roll untill asked for that,and the provide Nescafe not in portions but loose in a cup, so also they do with tea, the bathroom is miserably old and unclean
