Burasari is conveniently located by the old town district. Set by the river, the area is tranquil and peaceful, just what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Let’s not get started on the impeccable service we received from the staff there. All the staff members were very genuine and sincere in their service. A special shout out to the warm and friendly manager, Kash. Kash led by example and made us feel right at home. He went out of the way to make our first time in Luang Prabang, an unforgettable one. Upon check-in, we were presented a classy leather pouch with all the city’s brochures which provided us all the necessary information to venture out on our own. Service at Burasari was top notch, food was excellent and the details in the rooms were extraordinary. We enjoyed our stay at this exquisite boutique hotel thoroughly. Look out for the vintage Mercedes-Benz cars, which you can request for airport pick-up, they are instagram worthy.

Expectations where always exceeded”
Our experience staying at Burasari Heritage was beyond amazing. They treated us like family and really tried to do their best to accommodate our needs. The service and attention to details is impeccable. We stayed at the hotel for three days but wished it was much more. The rooms are beautifully decorated and extremely clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread was our favorite! There were many a la carte options and buffet style fruits, breads and more. The hotel is in the quieter side of town which we really enjoyed but only a few minutes walking distance from the main attractions.

Impressive ”
All the staffs at Burasari Heritage were very friendly and hospitality. I stay at the room 303 for 3 nights. There are 3 activities for us to do as a complimentary choose 1 activities for 1 day. I did all of them. It was so much experience and the activity that made my day was a cooking class. It was very fun cooking with my friends. Foods are delicious. Breakfast was good but not that various. I’ll definitely stay here again if I had a chance to go back to Luangprabang.

Another great escape to Luang Prabang. This trip the highlight is a guided and picnic trip to Guangxi Water arranged by Burasari. Highly recommended. Location is second to none, as always.

Amazing stay in Luang Prabang! ”
Charming heritage building with all the amenities you may need. There were some mosquitoes in the room, which is understandable given the location, and the staff gave me mosquito repellent which solved the problem. Breakfast is by the river and very lovely. The real gem however, is the staff. They’re very helpful and attentive. Couldn’t ask for better stay in Luang Prabang!

Pros: Beautiful boutique hotel near everything you need to know in your first visit to LP. Has bikes you can borrow and ride around the main attractions in few minutes. Brakfast was really good. Cons: The main con is that is a little expensive for what it is even though has a lot of nice details that makes the experience great overall. Other issue is that staff english proficiency is very low (pretty much like the rest of Asia) but sometimes as they dont understand they end up making a mistake or not helping you out in the way you need it. However people is very nice and they try their best.

Hotel is at good location at Namkhan river and 2 mins walk to town. Quiet area a bit away from town, good to relax and still near by temples and bakery shops. Surprisingly free boat trip to Mekhong river for 1.5 hours. Excellent staffs with service mind especially Kham who offers help to get the bag forgot at restaurant. Staff service is over expectation. Breakfast is ok but can be better with more variety. Bicycle is free and can ride to market, palace, coffee shops very convenient with bike. All mini bars are free of charge every day.

I would recommend the Burasari for its quaint rooms, amazing location, and friendly staff. we stayed with a young child, and perhaps the room was a bit too cramped for that, given the odd design of the shower and the small toilet room. but would probably do it again for a short stay anyway because of its charm and and views of the river, the tranquility of the old town, and proximity to amazing coffee shops and restaurants!
