This was our second time of our trip staying here. It was a great location- ”
Easy access Omiya train station. And then Tokyo and Trains to other parts of the countryLots of restaurants in and near the station. Both times we had a corner room with great views - including seeing Mt Fuji most every day. We didn’t do the breakfast this time. There are lots of places close by to get good for less. Loved the spa and amenities. Including an amenity bar in the lobby. Only wish they also offered some body lotion. They also let us check in a bit early this time. Housekeeping were terrific . Found some problems with English with some of the front desk staff and they could maybe smile a bit more! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice new hotel near train ”
Very nice hotel. Rooms are small but nicely done. Lots of amenities. Lovely spa on top floor indoor and outdoor soaking tubs. Cleaning staff very attentive. Front desk staff helpful but many with limited English whip has was hard for them and us if our sin wasn’t there to translate. Also a few more smiles might help. We loved our room ( both times) had a corner queen on a higher floor and as there were a number of dats if clear weather we got to enjoy fantastic views of my Fuji. Very convenient hotel and very lovely. Will stay there again

We stayed here as it was close proximity to our sin. It’s very close to the Omiya station so we could easily get in to Tokyo and also get the Shinkansen train out to the mountains. Place is new. Lovely spa on top of hotel. Rooms are nice tho small to us but normal by Japanese standards. Our room faced west and every morning but the last we had a beautiful view of Mt Fuji. It was stunning. Also get th e view from the lobby and restaurant in the 13 th floor and. The spa in the 14 th. They also have laundry. Our only concern really was that a number of the front desk staff didn’t speak English but our son helped out.sime. Also couldn’t find any tv channels

I did ask to have a 1 hour delay to check out and they said no tho I joined the Candeo club. Evidently even with that you have to have booked directly with Candeo chain to get the benefit. Pretty amaze with the hot bath. My kids love it. The 13th floor scenery was great. Can see Mount Fuji clearly. Breakfast variation is great too.

The newly opened hotel is 5+ min walk from the station, passing through Sogo & it is next to Bic Camera. There is no wardrobe, which makes the room spacious & there is also no safe in the room

Clean, but a bit expensive for this location. No coffee or tea provided in room. That’s very strange, even I called and asked front desk, they won’t provide u any tea bags or even instance coffee

The hotel locates in the west side of Omiya station. It is in a quiet neighborhood. It takes less than 10 minutes walk to the business area (east side of the station) so it is very convenient. The hotel itself is new and clean with a good view.
