A Very Pleasant Hotel Away from the Hideousness of Cotai Strip”
If you'd like to stay in the historic centre of Macau, well away from the hideousness of the Cotai Strip with its brash casinos and tasteless Las Vegas-style imitations of Venice, I can highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are decorated very tastefully, some have balconies, which can be opened - no need for air-conditioning in winter. Needless to say, they are spotlessly clean. The staff speak very good English and are very attentive.

We stayed in this hotel for a night. The hotel is very clean and accessible to many attractions. Most memorable thing is the staffs who helped so kindly our trip. She called some restaurants when we had a problem to find a place to eat.We were always welcomed by their service. I will absolutely come back here again.

Nice boutique hotel”
Room was very clean, comfy bed, quiet at night. Staff ware friendly with smile not only the receptionists but also house keepers. Quick and smooth check in/check out. Walking distance to the main tourist attractions in old town. There were lots of local restaurants and some supermarkets around the hotel. Hope come back here when I would visit Macau again.

Excellent Location & Convenience to walk around old town”
Very warm welcome by hotel staff and clean room environment with small welcome cookies bag, drinks in freezer are free to drink. Walking distance to nearby attractions and find out the old town environment if you like the old Macau. Great Hotel and highly recommended.

Clean and spacious room with comfortable beds”
Near Senado Square (15 mins walk) and surrounded with eateries. Free gourmet coffee throughout the day. Toiletries provided were Loccitane! Bus-stop is < 5 mins walk hence travelling by bus to attractions was a breeze. Would definitely be back to stay if visit Macau again.

Free Hot chocolate drink at the lobby is such a big plus at this hotel after along walk all day.. Staffs are very helpful in any way they can.. Big Thanks to Ms. Apple for some guides where to go and for changing my money to small bills.. I recommend this hotel as this is not as pricey as some in Macau!!!

One night getaway ”
We stayed one night at the Caravel hotel. We found the hotel staff to be accomodating some a bit better than others. The rooms were clean but since the building is an odd shape so are the rooms. A lot of little extras in the rooms like snacks and drinks that are complimentary. Free access to anytime fitness gym which is in the basement of the building. Free continental breakfast as well. Let us leave our bags upon checkout and they even called a taxi for us when we were ready to leave.

You can reach out to restaurants and some tourist spots easily by walking around. Their staffs are very friendly and helpful, they taught me to get an app which I can easily trace buses information. So convenient! Their have simple breakfast and it’s good enough.

Boutique hotel located near the famous attraction in Macau!”
The hotel is very clean and new. If I am not wrong it was only opened last year. Clean, fresh sheets and good quality toiletries! The bed is so comfortable, my mom who doesn’t sleep through the night commented that she had a very good night sleep and only woke up in the morning. We got the family room and it fits the 4 of us ladies comfortably.

First of all, the location is really nice. Close to almost everywhere! The Senado Square and the ruins are just meters away, you'll just have to walk. If you would like to go to Taipa, you'll just ride the bus, the bus stop is just around the corner. If you are coming from the airport or Macau ferry terminal, you'll just have to ride the Sofitel bus and walk for 170 meters to arrive at the hotel. The rooms are very nice with a bathtub and the facilities are superb. Staff needs to be a bit more friendly, seemed to be sometimes annoyed. But overall, it was a great experience! I will come back here for sure.

Pleasantly Surprised”
Staff was very helpful and accommodating. It's a simple and clean hotel with minimal amenities but enough to make you feel at home. I enjoyed a cup of complimentary milk tea in the lobby every evening and appreciated the complimentary local phone to use for local calls and GPS. The hotel is centrally located in Old Macau near Senado Square and a block away from October 5 St. which has plenty of shops to check out. They also have evening street fairs every now and then where you can find lots of fun food to try. Buses are also very convenient to the hotel and the Singaporean Malaysian restaurant where you can claim your free breakfast from was so great. I had Laksa almost every morning! You also get access to the gym around the corner but there's plenty of walking that can double up as exercise so I never got to check it out. I would recommend this place to anyone that doesn't mind a simpler hotel. This is a solid and very comfortable choice!

location is convenient. This hotel is new, room decoration was really nice. Room was big and a balcony. Shampoo, body soap kits was L'Occitane. There was bath tub which was big enough for me to enjoy a bubble bath. Breakfast was included but there wasn't much choice. It was a rainy day by the time I reached Macao. I didn't have my own umbrella so I borrowed one from the hotel. There was Anytime fitness right next to the hotel entrance. It was 24/7 and it was free for hotel guest , which I liked it a lot.
