        Room spacious and cozy with fireplace. Love the balcony and got to see a black bear walking down the street while on the balcony !

        I loved it i went with a 9yr old and a 2yr old and it was awesome 5 min walk to the shops excellent view on the balcony!!!
        That you had to go to the front office at econo for everything but it wasnt too much of a problem, all you had to do was call and someone was their to help.

        It’s a unique place with quirky rooms that are all different. If you’re looking for a older style hotel that isn’t a cookie cutter place, this is the place.

        Great location! Close enogh to walk everywhere, but away from the noise. Good value for the money. Not fancy, but clean. Bed was very comfy. Had 2 different black bears and several turkeys come ...
        Had to go down the hill to the Econo Lodge to check in&#47;out &amp; for breakfast, no washer &amp; dryers

        Great pool with a view. It backs up to the woods, so there was bears in the parking lot, in the trash cans daily.
        Rooms are a bit dated, but we spent most of our time in downtown Gatlinburg or at the pool, so that didn’t matter.

        The proximity to the strip in Gatlinburg
        Vending machines were sold out and not replenished. Signs said Laundry but there was no laundry after going and purchasing detergent.

        Did not have breakfast. Location good...on a relatively quiet edge of town. Room ok...good view.

        We liked that it was available when we booked it. Everything else was full. The property is old and many things need repair.

        Overpriced”

        Did like the pool,was not to hot like some pools in July,was truly refreshing.
        Place was in disrepair,tell it was old,fairly clean,could of been better. Walls were kind of thin,could hear conversations from adjacent rooms or maybe they were just loud people,lol
