Cozy Stay and Great Hospitality”
Shinpei was great! He was really responsive before we even arrived. Cool perks included: toiletry rentals for the onsens, a free ice cream bar when you arrive, and Hi-Chews in the lobby. Shinpei even helped us call a ferry for Aoshima (Cat Island) to make sure they had available seats left. Friendly guy and a comfortable stay. It was such a great location to everything too. Honkan is less than a 5-minute walk away. There are parking lots right in front of the hostel if you have a car. The street car station is about a 5 minute walk from the Hostel as well. It's so conveniently located.

I was soooooo happy to stay here There are so many beautiful lights and interior is so impressive and moody And owner is so kind I rest really well The bed and pillow is so comfortable and room is clean also bathroom is moody and clean! I hope everybody who visits Matsuyama take really relaxful rest in Cinamon! I'll gonna stay again when I get a chance.

The location is great. It’s not far from Dogo onsen station and tourist places. The room is clean and well maintained. The host, he is so kind and generous. I will definitely come back here again if I travel to Matsuyama.

Brilliant service”
Guest house owner Shimpei-san was very helpful and responsive to our last-minute enquiry. The hostel was nicely decorated. Location is close to Dogo Onsen main building and we could borrow the bath basket for free at reception (which was handy and thoughtful!). Not to miss the photo albums featuring the construction of the guest house too!

A really well maintained and cute guesthouse. The owner was very friendly and provided me with a map of the area and recommendations. The location was great as well. Coffee and biscuits were free and they provided free toiletries to take to the onsen. Highly recommend!

It’s definitely the best place to stay overnight for backpack travellers. The host was very friendly and helpful. And there was no problem in communication as he could speak very good english! I wished I could stay there for a few more nights!

It is 5 min to Dogo onsen, with a nice udon shop 1 min away. The bed is thick and soft, hence, a good night's sleep. Rooms are spacious and relaxing. The common area is very cozy too.

Great location. A couple minutes of walk from Dougo onsen and other sightseeing spots. very friendly owners. The atmosphere in the hostel is quite cosy and homy.

The hostel is located walking distance to dogo onsen and the shopping street. The owner speak well English. However, it might not be suitable for those with huge luggage as there’s no elevator for upper floor room.

Had an amazing stay at the Cinnamon Guest House. Our host was very kind and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat. The staff speaks English and Japanese. The guest house is very close to the local tourist attractions (at-most a 10 minute walk). If I come back to Matsuyama I want to stay here again!

Very clean and tidy hostel I have never been in Japan as new maintenance. Boss is very kind and helpful. The design of the lobby also very special and full of warm as family.
