Good Location, city center, 5 minutes walk to State Department Store. Reasonable Price with a simple breakfast. Only 2 shared bathrooms/toilets. Waiting quite a long time in peak hours. The Internet connection is not stable and low in the morning and evening. It'd be better to have your own 4G sim card.

Cheapest and worthy tour package”
We paid 80usd/day for a total of 8 days tour across the Gobi desert and central Mongolia and it was the time of our life. The package was actually the cheapest (we surveyed another 3 tour agents in Ulaanbaatar). We had a wonderful and skillful driver, a good tourguide who was also our cook, unlimited supply of water, comfortable stay at local gers, also tickets to national parks and other attractions. The guesthouse is located at Peace Avenue, which is the main road of Ulaanbaatar, with easy access to shopping complexes , multi-national cuisine restaurants and public transport. The halal indian restaurant Hazara is within walking distance. The awesome and authentic Korean restaurant Shalom is just next door to the guesthouse. Victor was awesome and helped us planned our itinerary. Other staffs also speak fluent english. We had a great time in Mongolia thanks to them.

The City Guesthouse is quite central and just off Peace Avenue which makes it quiet with little traffic noise. The main building has a kitchen which is available for guests to use. Breakfasts are pretty basic but okay with fried eggs and toast and tea/coffee. The overflow building out back is not great - big rooms but musty and with old and torn carpets and worn out showers. The staff are nice but disorganized and don't keep good records of who has booked and whether they have paid in advance. Tours are hit and miss - try to book a tour to the Gobi or elsewhere ahead of time as otherwise you are limited to what they can find going when you want to leave. They do speak good English though which is not common in Ulan Bator.

良かった点 ・スタッフがとてもフレンドリー ・ツアー内容を一緒に検討してくれる ・ツアーで素晴らしい現地体験ができた ・周囲にマーケットやレストランがあり食事等に困らない ・清潔感あり ・自由に冷蔵庫が使える、自炊も可能 改善してほしい点 ・洗濯を干すスペースが喫煙スペースにある。しかし指摘すると洗い直してくれた。1kg6ドルとやや高い ・シャワーのお湯が冷たい時がある ・シャワートイレが一つしかなく、誰かか使用していると使えない ・たまにWiFiが弱くなる

가격이 저렴하고 스탭들도 친절하고 위치도 국영백화점과 가깝고 수프바타르광장도 걸어서 십분정도면 갈 수 있어서 좋고 앞에 편의점이랑 마트도 있어서 좋습니다. 다만 4층이라 캐리어 들고 올라가는 게 조금 힘들기는 했는데 스탭이 같이 들어주고 어디 간다고 택시 얘기하면 택시도 불러주고 넘 친절해서 좋았습니다!

숙소비 결제할 때 약간 능숙하지 못하지만 정말 정말 친절하다. 공항에 늦을까봐 걱정 해주고 대신 전화해준다며 호의를 베풀기도 하며 요일마다 다른 조식이라서 이틀 머무는 동안 편하게 쉬었음. 위치는 국영백화점까지 천천히 도보 10분 정도. 문 앞까지 배웅해주는 스텝들 흔치 않은데 참 좋았다
