1. Appliances and toiletries was very suitable for our needs (separated batroom and bedroom slippers, hair dryer, water kettle, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo) 2. They have daily housekeeping so we always go back to a clean and fresh room after a long day of exploring hong kong. 3. Location was very convinient! 4. Receptionist speaks fluent english and she was very jolly and accomodating 5. Checking in and out was a breeze! 6. It is located in flat C. So elevator wasn’t congested at all, we were able to ride the lift with no waiting time. (Chungking mansion is divided into 3 flats and I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU BOOK A UNIT IN FLAT C because elevators in flats A and B gets really packed) 7. Bring your own water bootle/container they offer free drinking water in the common area so you can refill your bottles before touring the city (most restaurants doesn’t offer free water, you have to pay for bottled water each time you dine)

Looking forward to our next stay. Room was small but clean and was comfortable, cozy and conducive enough for a good night sleep. Appliances was just right and suitable for our needs (separate bathroom and bedroom slippers were provided, hair dryer, water kettle, toothbrush and toothpaste, soap, shampoo). The caretaker was really friendly and accommodating and she can speak english fluently. Checking in and out was a breeze. Also, I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU BOOK A ROOM AT FLAT C (like this unit), because it gets really congested in the elevators on flats A and B (chungking mansion is divided into 3 flats). It was really easy to ride the lift because we were staying in flat C.

A great place to stay!”
In terms of location, you can't really get any closer to Kowloon Bay Harbour (guest house is roughly 200m away). Tsim Sha Tsui is in the heart of Kowloon and contains many restaurants, stores and nightlife. The staff were very friendly and allowed me to check in at 9 am. The room was very clean with all amenities that were promised. The guest house is very secure with 24 hour security cameras in communal areas as well as e-access entry cards. The metro station is conveniently situated outside on Nathan Road as is the bus stop for the Airport Express bus. Highly recommended.

Value for money”
Clean rooms. They clean it everyday. They change towels everyday. The place is very near to train stations and bus stations going to the airport. Accessible to anywhere in Hong kong via MTR. The owner is very friendly, he's an indian. :) The place is quite small but space in HK is very expensive, if you just want a place to sleep at night, it is decent enough. There are lots of foods available at the ground floor. Take note it is located at Flat C not E. We're lost when we get there because we thought we have to find elevator for E because of the E letter after Comfort Guesthouse. We did not notice the address is in flat C. :)

Traveling with Family”
We booked two rooms , family and double. I was together with my family (2kids and 4 adults). Never mind the small stores downstairs. The place is good just for us to sleep well at night. We arrived 10pm (late check in). When we arrived, the owner was there and he entertained us very well. He was so jolly and very hospitable. The room was clean. The family room space is enough for us. The double room was small but fits two adults. t is very very clean. Hair blower and toiletry are complete. We will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it to those who are travelling on a budget. :)

the entrance of building have lots of Pakistani's,indian n etc but they are good.therr is also a filipino store.the owner is very kind n good to the guest n offer also sugest us a comfort ride to the airport which truly good for us. location is excellent near to bus,mtr,shopping center,mcdo n even jollibee.highly recommended for travel in budget. thank you sir jacky...

Friendly Jackie, Cheap, Clean, Safe, City Center”
Mr. Jackie is very accommodating since we were late and arrived at 3:00 am. Jackie and her staff is friendly. The room is affordable, always cleaned and towels were replaced. The building is always open. This guest house is highly recommended for travellers who look for rooms to stay within the city center.

The place was accessible to different attraction tours in HK. It was also near the MTR. The staff were friendly and approachable. Everyday, they clean the rooms and give you new towels. The room is small but okay to sleep. Definitely worth the money!

More than what we expected. In my mind every unit in Chungking is so-so, because of the building itself, but boy am I wrong! So when we met the manager and the housekeeper we were ecstatic for they were Filipino’s. Right then and there we knew the unit were clean and well taken cared of. And surely when we went to the designated rooms, it is not just clean it smelled and feel so clean and crisp. Comfortable bed and pillows, complete toiletries, unlimited coffee and water. Easy breezy check inn and check out. And yes safe. Kudos to our kababayans, you made our vacation extra special 🤗

The staff will definitely help you. Our trip was easier because of the receptionist. Tho, we had a hard time looking for the hotel but it was worth it. Super affordable!!! ❤️

Exceeded my expectations!”
I had a lovely stay in this guest house. For a really low price, we got more than we paid for. The attendant was also kind enough to let us borrow the iron. They also provide free water and coffee. The place is near the MTR station so the place is really convenient. Thank you so much!

Its rarely to get a good service in HK”
This guest house is right in the middle of tsim sha tsui. Close to MTR exits, 7 eleven, pharmacies and restaurant but its more expensive than other places of course this is tourist area. The front desk only open at 10:30 till 3pm. I arrived at 10 pm and there was no one there, but dont worry you can press the bell door and someone will open the door for you and the staff will give u the key. If you’ve never ever stay in apartment you might get shock when you open the door. I always live in a house and enjoy the big space, im from Indonesia but live in Australia now. The bed room is small but i get used to it until 3rd day. The lady on the front desk is nice she even helped me to get a private taxi to go to the airport and cost cheaper. Its rare to find a good service in HK but this guest house is definitely recommended.

GOOD VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY! ”
We loved it. The owner was very friendly and gave up instructions properly on how to get in and out without the hassle. At first we were shocked because of the size of the room - it was too small but don't fret it's the common size of a hostel in ChungKing Mansions. Also, the caretaker Ate Josie who is a Filipinas was also very kind and approachable. The room was clean and it didn't smell bad. Thank you! We will surely recommend this hostel to everyone!

Good value for money. The room was small, but it's to be expected in HK. The owner was super friendly and accommodating. The place is also located 2 minutes away from TSIM SHA TSUI station, and you can get to restaurant and shopping mall by foot within 5minutes

Worth It!”
For the price, it was worth it. When inside the room, it was very clean, smelled fresh and very presentable. And that can also be attributed to the Ate Jen, the caretaker of the place. She also was very helpful with bus routes and schedules. It was a comfortable stay as long as you know what to expect before coming inside the room.👍

This place is a unit of Chungking Mansions”
This place is confusing at first because it's a unit inside Chungking Mansions. Most of the units are named like the one we stayed, Comfort Guest House E. Don't look for a lobby or concierge because the ground floor is a market place of mostly Indian Nationals. Quite scary at first but you'll get used to it. Everytime you pass by, they will offer something to buy. Just ignore them. I felt comfortable when I heard a lot of Filipino speakers on the same floor. Elevators are everywhere and specific to the named units plus they have directories so you won't be lost. Only, the lift is so small that only a few people would fit in. Comfort Guest House E is very clean & tidy. We occupied 2 rooms, the first with 2 queen beds, the second with a queen bed. We were only 4. The room is small especially the toilet & bath, but it was ok. We're just there to sleep. The building is on Nathan Rd (main street) so it's a very busy city. A lot of restaurants, souvenir shops, money changers, 7/11, etc.
