The location is fantastic, (near the Cerulean Hotel.) If you have a lot of luggage, don't recommend this spot as the space is very limited. Also, I've been to other capsule hotels that have elevators, this one does not so you have to lug your luggage up a couple of flights of stairs.

Location is abt 5 to 8 minutes walk from the shibuya train station. There are a couple of restaurants and a family mart around the vicinity. Capsule was comfortable enough with clean toilets and shower rooms. Staff could speak decent English but the locker for belongings was only

Top choice if you're staying around Shibuya”

Location is excellent - just five minutes away from the Shibuya Station/Shibuya Crossing, and yet it's far enough from the bustle of the Shibuya crowd. In fact, the hotel is located in a neighbor that remains peaceful even during the busy parts of the day. The neighborhood also has a good variety of food spots (which appears to be catered mostly by locals), so you are just a few steps away from a restaurant or cafes. Also, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and can communicate in English. This place offers great value for money and I highly recommend it.

Living is good, but lack of Facilities (Common Area) The bed is good, would be better if the beds are not "perpendicular" to the corridor. kinda hard to explain... Big locker is provided as well as towel (1 per guest?) and washing accessories (toothbrush, toothpaste, face-cleaning liquid) Great location especially for people wanting to go clubbing in Shibuya. Still, a little far from JR station and nightlife district, but acceptable. Staffs' English are more than enough. Communication won't be a problem. The only significant problem is, the common area on the ground floor is not free to use, and the expense is quite high. Within my 9 days stay, I saw almost no one using the area so it is a bit wasted. Other than that, this hostel is perfectly fine!

Fantastic Capsule Hotel”

When in Japan, superb cleanliness and service level is a norm. The place is so clean you can’t find fault. Staff is friendly and smiley, makes you feel welcomed. The bed was comfortable. shower is great with everything provided, restroom was great too. Have to walk up a long slope but worth every step

Small, simple but comfy”

The establishment is very small but comfy, they have 4 shower rooms and it tends to be busy in the morning 7-8am. The location is good, 10-15 minutes to train station. The hotel staff are also friendly.

Not easily accessible for those that struggle with stairs rooms are located on 2nd floor with no elevator property location is close to station but up a hilly area. No free common area to wait in before check in. They have a paid work/study area for 100 yen/15 mins. I’d pay a little more for a real hotel room to have your own space felt like a dormitory /hostel than hotel. Interesting experience but not worth it.

Best budget stay in center of Shibuya”

This capsule hotel was located 6 mins walk from Shibuya station west exit. Place was extremely clean and amenities were plentiful. Staff were friendly and can speak basic English.

Other than it’s located a little bit on small hill, this place actually very good. The facilities (shower, washroom, toilet, baggage locker, smoking area, working area) also great. Not to mention, the staff was very helpful when I’m staying there.

Everything is good however its still capsule hotel ”

too small for business trip or should I say I'm just not used to capsule hotel. I often travel for business and worked 14-16 hours per day and capsule hotel is just not comfortable enough. Nonetheless everything else is very good.

Everything was clean. Must leave the room from 10am to 3pm everyday but sometimes they finish cleaning early! There is a place to lock your suitcase and a locker for clothes and other small storage. Toothbrushes/shavers/toiletries provided everyday! You can hear most everything other people do in their pods as well as people coming in and out of the room so it may be difficult for you to sleep. laundry room provided wash -200jpy for 30 mins/dry 100jpy for 30 mins! Right next to the JR station and close (5-10 mins)walk to the shibuya crossing!

facilities were good, air con was good (it was HOT outside) shower was nice, lockers are handy! easy walk to the station and anything else you want to do id stay here again, ive stayed in some rough capsule places but this was quite nice

If your just looking for a safe, clean place to lay your head, this place is fine. Extremely close to shibuya station. There was a drunk Japanese business man passed out on the floor in front of the bathroom, but that wasn't really unexpected. Besides that-everything was clean and organized. I would stay again.

Good spot very clean no lines for showers or bathrooms. Was a little disappointed that this site charged me 2000 Yen more than the on premise advertised rate, but knowing my room was booked was good enough I guess.

a capsule style hotel”

A great concept and it works very well in Japan. As a visitor, i find it interesting to stay in one of these 'capsule' styled places. however, i do find it slightly over crowded esp in the morning.
