Didnt expect much from this booking as we got a very very good deal. turned out that its a lovely little hotel just a shot walk from mito station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. there is free coffee /tea int he lobby. wifi connection is excellent. Adjacent to it is a western restaurant and a short walk takes you to an excellent shokudo with a great selection of japanese dishes at very reasonable price. the beds are a bit small for 2 so be sure to ask for twin if there are 2 to a room

Love the location with the Sakura River next to the hotel. It's a season for sakura, cherry blossom. We can see sakura everywhere in Mito. We can see the riverbank with sakura fro our window. It's about 6 minutes walk from the South Exit of the Mito Station and along the river, you can walk to the Senba Lake and Kairakku En.

We arrived there with my 83 years old grandfather, the staffs were super helpful and friendly, we even borrowed wheelchair from them. Everything were extremely clean, so we chose this hotel again after we came back from Tokyo.

Mito is only about an hour from Ueno & is a nice break from the frantic pace of Tokyo. Staff were very friendly & helpful & made an enquiry / phone call for me, despite my very limited Japanese. Great Dennys restaurant right next door.

The room is exactly the same as the description picture above, clean and nice (own bathroom, toilet, window, pijama). On the first floor, we have a free coffee machine, microwave and sofa to rest on, they do have bicycle rental services (free under 1hour, 600yen for 5 hour) Nice receptionist/hotel staffs, can speak a bit English!

Nice, clean and good location”
Located about 5-10 minutes walk away from Mito station, the hotel is really easy to find. There's a McDonald's and convenience store nearby. Staff is friendly. Room is a bit small with a double bed, but everything is neat and clean. There's even additional shower amenities on the ground lobby for you to bring back to your room if you prefer other brands. We went during Halloween period, and the hotel had very nice Halloween decor too.

I got a non-smoking room, but as it’s a typical business hotel, other guests smoke and then come in, and the ventilation is such that you can still smell cigarette smoke. They provided air freshener spray though. It’s a dated hotel, with old mattresses that you can feel the springs through, but clean! And nice and professional staff.

Agoda said that i can checkin at noon but the hotel said 3 pm. So we had to wait at the lobby. The staff is very nice. She allowed us to check in when the room was ready which is 2pm.

Had it not been for a somewhat pricy cost, this place is great for solo traveller with not much luggages (the room is tiny). Great staffs who made me feel welcome and cared about.

We stay one night only so not expecting too much, 500 yen parking fees is acceptable, free coffee and tea at the lobby, good for us. Nice hotel thanks

Large room with large bed. A bit worn but everything worked, AC, bathroom etc. Toilet flush was loud. Some noise at night as we had room by the stairs. It’s about 7 mins walk from the station, easy to find by the river. Quite a few restaurants and stores nearby. Free coffee in reception area. Friendly staff. Will stay again if in this area.

Easy to get to, handy for getting around. Staff helpful if you need anything. Small double bed too small and soft. Stains on doonah cover and tap in bathroom leaked a little. Mentioned these to domestic staff and said they will attend to them. Otherwise fairly comfortable usual small space.

7-Eleven , Macdonalds, Royal Host, and Cocos restaurants nearby. So no problem with eats. And the JR station building has everything.
