I liked the view from level 17 over the city and the breakfast buffet. The staff is very friendly and I got an early check-in free of charge.

1)The hotel is in the middle of Alhamra street which makes it great location .Lovely front office staff very helpful and understanding specially Miss Rawan and Mr.Fadi.they did their best to accommodate my needs. 2)Fast check in and out. 3) Great location for shopping and lots of restaurants and coffee shops around . 4)Rooms are big and well equipped with amenities. 5) sound proofing is weak ,can hear activities from next room. 6) Generally it was lovely stay and it's recommended Hotel.

Improper handling of bags at check in ”
While checking in the bell man took all bags to the room except a very important handbag that contained passports, jewelry, and money and kept it inside the room behind the front desk and front desk staff gave no explanation of why the handbag was kept there. We came to know our selves of the non existence of the bag and we went down looking for it They didn’t even call us to say the bag was there. We were extremely worried from the time we didn’t see the bag till we found it with the reception. This terrible experience had never happened to us any where before with any hotel.

despite the fact that the hotel staff allow us to check in early (11am), the lady suppose in charge of tour trips was totally rude. ignoring our questions about tourist attractions.

this is our first time in beirut, had checked various tourist attractions and during check in, so excited to ask the hotel rep on any travel trip to visit those places. the check in guy recommend us to ask a one lady at the desk. she seem be the one typically in charge some sort of tour. surprisingly, once approached, she then refer us back to the check in guy. she dont even look at us. surprisingly rude

Good location, clean hotel, friendly staff. The only thing was the closed pool. Shame it was covered also don't tbink water was changed for a long time. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Fantastic breakfast but the rooms are very tired indeed and probably need a makeover. The TV was so badly tuned in most channels were like watching a polar bear in a snow storm.

Easy chack in and room was clean. However when taking first shower the water was all brown/orange in colour with sand in it. I made a complaint and when i came back it was sorted but now the shower hose was leaking. Still able to get a shower before my friends wedding

Centrally located but no free wifi in room”
I thought it was a little pricey for no free wifi in the room (free wifi only in the lobby & Biz Centre). Even though it has a swimming pool, it looks more like a lap pool & it's indoors in the middle of the restaurant which looks run-down. The location is its only saving grace, being on Hamra Street which is dotted with shops & cafes/restaurants. The service is patchy at best, depending on who you encounter. Would I stay there again? Highly unlikely.
