Ideal location to experience the Dead Sea”
The hotel services were top-notch. Mr. Khalid - chauffeur was punctual and an excellent guide. He drove through some of the scenic mountains of the country side. Ms. Malou and Catherine from Rabbel Bar ensured that customized vegetarian food was made available. They was attentive and willing to serve the guest without any shortcomings, an excellent service. Ms. Mary Ann from SPA D’Sante, made every effort to give a rejuvenating spa experience! Overall, this hotel is excellent for anyone who would want to experience the Dead Sea and Jordanian hospitality! It is located in an incredible location and tranquil. Cheers!

We had wonderful experience at the Crown Plaza Dead Sea. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Swimming pools are big and clean. The staff members were amazing. There could be more information provided around the hotel or at check-in about facilities etc. I had to call reception a lot to find out some basic information. The hotel and facilities are very very good - highly recommend visiting at this time. I had the whole beach to myself when I stayed recently. I would also recommend that they spend some time developing some excursions as I found it very expensive to visit the Baptism site. There is a car hire company on site and they charged me 60 dinar for 2 hours which I found excessive - but I was there in the resort so couldn't do much else. Especially when the site is only 15 minutes drive away.

This place was amazing - the adults only pool was busy and had a bar along with an amazing view is the sunset. Our room was Seaview (request 2nd floor) and was also amazing. While not all the staff was amazing the majority were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a memorable experience!

Clean and quiet rooms”
After parking my car outside the hotel, I entered the hotel and checked-in at Level 5 of the main building. Then I went down to Level 2, where breakfast is served between 06:30 and 10:30, and there is a large circular swimming pool surrounding by clusters of hotel rooms. The rooms are arranged in such a way that every room has a view of the pool or the sea. (Mine is facing the pool). From the pool, it's a short walk to the promenade, where I can take a lift down to the beach. Towels and showers were available at the pool and the beach. My room is clean and quiet, and prayer songs in the early morning (regular in urban hotels) are absent here. Breakfast selection is good, but the restaurant can be crowded during peak hours (8-9am). There is a small gift shop at L5 of the main building selling Dead Sea products and Jordanian souvenirs. There is also a jacuzzi pool (for adults only) at the beach level. My main complaint is that my stay was too short to enjoy the full range of facilities!

I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. I was upgraded to the sea view room and had a real blast. The best food I had in Jordan. Highly recommended!

It is very nice hotel ,, but there is 2 or 3 better hotel in the dead sea but the value was great . Great staff and strong service one of the best service in the dead sea ,, free ice and water at pool, room and the sea , the dinner can be improved the taste of the buffet and add drinks with it

Rooms are very clean and we enjoyed the view. Mattress was way too soft and not up to standard for this type of hotel. Quilt was too small. Breakfast was good and fresh and we tried their Lebanese restaurant for dinner wich was good and reasonably priced. Spa is basic (dead sea pool, hammam, sauna and outdoor jacuzzi which was not super hot or super bubbly) and definitely not worth the announced 25jod but we got free access so it was OK (maybe they do it for everyone during winter time or maybe it was because they initially had the wrong price for our booking and wanted to make up for it). The dead sea beach is small and I guess it could become very crowded in summer but it's nice. Overall good experience for a winter-time discounted stay.

Not the right place to Relax at all . Sooo crowded from kids specifically breakfast time and dinner time at the buffet . Soooo annoying . Preferably for family but not for couples to relax and chill at all .

If you don’t have children, don’t stay here! It’s overrun by families and noisy kids, if you want a relaxing holiday choose somewhere else. The rooms are nice but need a good clean; balcony furniture was marked with food smears etc. The bed had an extremely soft mattress which was very uncomfortable.

A WORD OF CAUTION WHO ARE PLANNING TO VIST BY OWN VECHILE ”
I stayed in the family room on 28 April for a night, property is in excellent location, huge, well maintained rooms, fairly quick room service. The pool needs to be clean at corners near the walls ( areas of green water bodies and deposit were evident) The life guard near the pool and dead sea beach are attentive and co-operative. THE HASSLE I FACED AND REASON FOR 1 STARS IS VECHILE PARKING,ITS IS REALLY CONGESTED AND NOT SECURE, THE MANAGER WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PARKING SHOULD INSTRUCT HIS PARKING ATTENDTS TO BE POLITE, MY CAR WIND SHIIELD WAS DAMAGED( Cost of replacement is $400). MY MECHANIC LOOKING AT THE TYPE OF DAMAGE SAID IT’S DONE BY STRONG METAL OBJECT, I SUSPECT IT’S FROM ONE OF THE PARKING ATTENDENTS, A WORD OF CAUTION FOR THE GUESTS WHO ARE TRAVELLING BY OWN VIECHLES. Crown plaza you need to address… you can’t put a board of parking at your own risk and shrug off your shoulders. Blunders are not acceptable, for the kind of business (hospitality and tourism) you are running

Make sure everything is documented with their staff”
1. The pool chlorine is extremely high and cant open your eyes 0.5 meter under water which is unhealthy to kids and adults too 2. Few incidents happened in which staff in housekeeping lied about costs of extra bed 3. The hotel is full while staff are way less to serve visitors for ex. If you request anything from housekeeping expect a huge delay up to 30-45min 4. Standard room amenities aren't available in the room and are based on visitors requesting them. For ex. Slippers All the above shouldn't occur in 5* hotels
