Booked here last minute for a long layover in Singapore. We were super impressed. Price: It pains me to say that it was a great value at $200 usd for the night, but I’ve been to Singapore enough times to know that it’s a fantastic price for 6 people. Although the rooms were small, this felt WAY nicer than a hostel. Check in: Super easy. Friendly, helpful staff despite it being after 2 in the morning when we checked in. No problem. There WAS a $200 SGD deposit (cash or card) required that I missed on Agoda (or maybe it didn’t say?) but that was no big deal. Location: Right across the street from the Smith Street Hawker stalls in Chinatown, which are my favorite in Singapore. Could not be better. Accommodations: Rooms were small, but this was clear from the listing. Beds were comfy, showers were hot, AC was cold. Blackout curtains weren’t amazing but reasonably adequate. Walls were well insulated: we couldn’t hear anyone else from our room at all. (This is in sharp contrast to many other hostels and apartments I’ve stayed at in Singapore before.) There was also a restaurant that seemed pretty nice, which I wasn’t expecting. We didn’t eat there, because if you visit Singapore and eat at your hotel restaurant (unless it’s a really nice place) you’re doing it wrong. Summary: It was great. This will be the first place I look anytime in the future I need accommodations in Singapore, whether for just me or for my whole family.

Had 3 nights here in a family deluxe 6 sleeper. Beds were comfy, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, great location, MRT around the corner, food outside your door. If you are looking for a bed and a good shower after sightseeing all day it is great, if your going to spend a lot of time in the room, a little small. We are a family of 5 (3 teen boys) and to be able to book only 1 room was a huge money saver.

The location is in the center of Chinatown, near the train station and just across a Hawker Center. The hotel staff are very helpful and kind. (Hi, Melody! ^^) Hotel is very clean as well. Will definitely stay in this hotel when we visit SG again. 10/10 would recommend!! :)

Small, but comfy 5-bed family room with the toilet inside. Clean and complete Facilities such as LED TV with Netflix and Toiletries like soap, towels, shampoo, etc. Complimentary Mineral Water, Canned Lemon Tea and Coffee sachet drinks with chocolate bars and biscuits are all provided free of charge. Great location in Chinatown. 3-5 minutes walk to Chinatown MRT station. Friendly staff. Highly Recommended for the Family Deluxe Room. Worth the price.

Great hotel with affordable price”
I booked this hotel without read all the reviews by others traveller. The room i stay was family room with queen bed double decker equipped with toilet and shower, mineral waters, coffee/tea. We are allowed to leave our bag in the hotel after check out. The hotel is in renovation but the floor and room we get is beyond expectation. Thanks mr. I travel to Singapore with family and cousins (12 people) and we wanna stay together. So I booked 2 family rooms (6 people per room). Even though it is narrow but it’s ok. The room is clean and new. The location is good. Because the hotel is near China Town Station and there are many restaurants around there. There is no elevator. But if you can walk for 2-3 floors, it will be alright. The staff is good and we can leave the baggage before checking in and after checking out.

From the time we rushed our son to the hospital with special thanks to KC and the other staff on duty (I wasnt able to get his name) - who helped call for an ambulance and look after our things and my 2 daughters while we are in the hospital, from your constant checking on our son's status and extended help that is out of your duty; we couldnt thank you enough. We never felt alone knowing that you are there to help us all throughout our ordeal. Your excellent service goes over and above your call of duty. More power to Cube Family Boutique hotel. This is highly recommended!

Very pleasantly surprised by this cute little cosy place. Room while small has all the modern hotel facilities, complete with complimentary mini bar (chips, biscuits, soft drinks, bottled water, etc), Netflix, and the rain shower is great too! The queen sized bunk bed is well made and sturdy, and the kids have a very fun stay here! Location is superb with mrt station nearby, and great food choices just at doorsteps. Great job, keep it up!

The place is clean as mentioned by other reviewers and easily accessible. The staff are very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommended for travelers that are looking for affordable and clean place to stay. You also got free cans of soda in the small ref and several packs of biscuits.

Staff were accomodating specially the Filipino staff for the family rooms. Unfortunately. We requested our rooms to be cleaned everyday by calling their receptionist but our room was not cleaned nor refilled when we got back from a whole day tour. But overall the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.
