Pretty good for the price”
Ths Daiwa Roynet is in a pretty good location. It is not on the main side of the station, but it is behind it and still very close. The hotel itself was very clean including in the room. I didn't ask the staff anything, but they seemed friendly and helpful. The hotel doesn't have many facilities, but they have free wifi that is a fast connection and I understand that they have laundry facilities. There is an Italian pizzeria on the 1st floor but I didn't try it because I came after 8 pm. They need to close at 8 pm because of Covid so it is not their fault. I was bummed out about it though, so I have to order from Domino's. They only had a room with a double bed (only one bed in the room) available, so I was a bit disappointed. However, that "double size" was more like a king bed! It had more than enough space for my wife and I. Here is the best thing about the room: The bathroom and especially the shower! The bathroom was spacious and the shower was as well. There is a bathtub in the shower and also a big area to stand and wash yourself. The water pressure was pretty good, but the best thing is that in addition to a handheld shower head they had a shower head fixed to the high ceiling. You can basically make it pour down rain on yourself. It was so convenient and fun to make it rain. The shower head is huge. I think this is something that a luxury hotel would have. Anyway, if the price is right for you, it is actually a great place to stay. They don't have an onsen like some other hotels but I would stay there again.

This hotel is only a short walk from Kanazawa station (via the West exit). There's a 7/11 right next to the hotel. Very nice staff although they don't speak much English.

Best hotel during our trip back to Japan”
The hotel is around 5 minutes walk from Kanazawa station, you just need to look for the west exit. The room is big according to Japanese standard, and the bathroom is amazing. With full size tub and rain shower, you can relax after exploring Kanazawa. You get tasty self serve welcome drink, with 7-11 just on the first floor. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Amazing 10/10

Close to JR kanazawa station although we still need to walk for around 5-10min under the snowy weather. Nice helpful staff, clean environment, particularly like the laundry machine, very user friendly! Overall recommended to those travelling to kanazawa.
