Loved our stay at Days Inn. We arrived at 3am and they were booked out so we couldn't check in early but they let us sleep on the couches in the lobby for a few hours until things were open and we could go explore. The bed was comfortable, and the AC was quiet. I heard the staff say they gave new bottles of water everyday but we just refilled our own bottles using the dispenser in the lobby (that also had warm and hot water options).

I read a lot of the negative comments about here but honestly enjoyed my stay so did my other half and daughter. Where could you go wrong. There's a store right across the street and everything else was literally within distance And the staff there is awesome. I would recommend days inn to anyone. If they don't like it. Oh well...I look forward to staying there again and hopefully soon...

my family and I enjoy the quiet little getaway from the craziness. the staff is always looking for ways to ensure your stay here is always worth coming back for.. overall amenities are better than most major hotels.. prices are excellent..

First of all the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are what we expect it to be. It was clean and organized. They clean the room everyday and we have complimentary bottled everyday also which is a plus. The bedding was comfortable. Wifi is fast. There was a time when there was a power outage but the hotel have generator so power is back in no time. Location was good very near GPO and other restaurants. Overall experience was excellent. We would definitely go back to Days inn.

I extended my stay twice and had some issues each time I got my keys reprogrammed. The front desk agent was very helpful in replacing them quickly, and one time even replaced them and brought them up to me before I made it down to the desk to ask for a new set! They were also very helpful in accommodating any help I needed, whether that was scheduling a taxi, changing my money to quarters for the laundry, and even letting me borrow a vacuum to use for my vacuum bags when I was packing. Overall much better service than I was expecting. The room was also very nice for the price and is walking distance from Ypao Beach and GPO.

Best hotel I've stayed at in Guam”
Of the 4 hotels I've tried at Guam, this is the only one I plan on going back to. Location is right on the beach for sightseeing or swimming, but that is not a problem if you have a car or can walk. The hotel is walkable to Kmart and the Outlet Malls. Cleanest room I've had in Guam. Best shower water pressure and hot water I've had on Guam. Nicest staff I've experienced on Guam. Full cable TV also was fun to have. Highly recommended. Great for a layover between flights.

Staffs are so nice and kind but facilities need maintenance.”
Staffs were nice and always tried to help me. However, I saw a cockroach in the bathroom and air-conditioner was too loud. One more good thing is they runs free shuttle to plaza center and Yapo beach.

One Night Stay”
We just booked this hotel for a 1 night stay before going to the airport for our departure. All amenities are okay but not the following: - snob front desk staff, seems to be not friendly at all. - elevator sound is too noisy and we can hear it on our rooms even if the doors are closed.

We arrived in Guam head on with storm Wutip at 1230 hrs. We decided to rest for the day and paid $50 for early check-in. Check-in time is at 1500 hrs. Request for a room near the lift was facilitated by Crystal. Comfy bed and pillows. Cool a/c dried our wet luggages. Miniref, microwave oven, hair dryer, iron with ironing board and hot shower allowed us to recharge from an early morning trip. Hotel shuttle always on time with reliable and good driver Oki. Friendly hotel staff Yvonne allowed us to use the hotel umbrella when we went out with a drizzle outside. Convenience store just accross the street. We enjoyed our stay and shopped til we dropped from exhaustion. Are we going to stay at Days Inn when we return to Guam? Absolutely!!!

The location of the hotel is away from the downtown area. But they have a shuttle service (thank you, John!) and I could get around the area fairly easily. The front desk was also helpful with giving recommendations on where to eat. The bed was big and comfortable. Two light bulbs were burned out but I didn’t really mind. For the price, what you get is great.

It's kinda old hotel, so don't expect too much. But for Its rate, it is ok. Room is big, stayed at 305, with a veranda facing the street. Room is big enough for the traveler with luggages and shopping bags. No bath tub, bathroom just ok. Soap, shampoo and lotion provided. Has mini ref, microwave, kettle. No utensils provided, But they can give you disposable plastic ones. Got cable Tv, But no hbo channel. 😞 Mini mart across the street. Gas station at the corner. My stay was ok.

A good place to stay”
Good location, nice place and comfy beds. Equipped with self-laundry service. Staff are friendly. The queen size beds are a bit small for 2 persons each. We were not provide with drinking water for 2 out of 5 days stay. Despite our requests, we still received only 2 towels and 2 drinking waters though we have 4 staying in a room. We were told that they were either running out of towels or drinking water every time we asked. The daytime younger lady reception is helpful and friendly than the night shift lady.
