Ett fint hotell med bekväma sängar och vänlig personal. Däremot är inte faciliteterna underhållna i förhållande till vad man kan förvänta sig av ett fem stjärnigt hotell. Inga lakan byttes på tre nätter, vi fick ringa och be om det. Kranar sitter löst, svartmögel i ett badrum, rent ohygieniska dynor på solstolarna pga hur smutsiga de var är några exempel där våra förväntningar inte motsvarades av hotellet. Med bara några få justeringar skulle detta vara ett kanonhotell, nu är det ok.

Best Staycation”
Superb location isolated from the world and I used the shuttle from jewel to hotel so convenient. Have to book the shuttle via hotel staff or hotel app. Seamless room everything is perfect. Big spacious clean and comes with a beautiful view of the pool. The bed was so big and comfy. Love it !!! Whenever I call the staff for replenishing towels soap or anything they give to me. Staff are friendly too. The hotel has a scent that is really nice used in the hotel lobby sadly they don’t sell it. Breakfast spread was 3/5 for food. Typical breakfast spread but the greenhouse was so pretty and gorgeous like inside of the dome at gardens by the bay. The pool is perfect amazing. Gets the afternoon sun. So much sun beds. Really long pool. Cons is it was during school holiday and there were so many kids haha would prefer it to be more quiet but is okay. The kids bring life to the pool. At night the pool is quieter. It closes quite early at 8 so can’t really go for night swim pity. The use of hotel app is really modern and high tech. Thank you dusit thani and team for the lovely experience Highly recommended

Attempted to check-in with my 2-year-old at 15.15hr but the room wasn't ready until about 16.00hr. Since I made a last-minute reservation (confirmed same-day booking at about 13.00hr) they probably needed extra time to find a clean room for me. Ching Wing was pleasant and professional during the check-in process and special thanks to Muzaffar for trying his best to make the waiting period more tolerable for my kid and I. Room was clean and spacious. Air-con was good. Shower head pressure was sadly weak. Toilet has no bidet. I used the shuttle service to Jewel - driver was punctual and he drove safely. I also managed to use the pool facilities, their hotel app made it easy to book slots. Ordered their breakfast via room service because they don't allow third-party deliveries to the hotel - expensive but delicious. Extended complimentary checkout until 16.00hr. Unfortunately booking of transportation (taxi/grab family because we have a toddler) back home was quite challenging but it comes with the location because it is quite out of the way. Overall pleasant stay. Would probably book again if the opportunity arises.

An extremely relaxing and rejuvenating getaway for the weekend. The view and the pool is exceptional. Loved how every 15 mins , a plane would fly over to land at the airport and that entire scene is picture worthy with a beautiful green backdrop . The staff were so welcoming and friendly, service at its best :) A great distraction from the hustle and bustle from the city. I think the only thing that was lacking was a convenience store, just for perhaps ,emergency/last minute toiletries/sunscreen/lotions/swimming gear etc. The next thing would be the pillows, it was all very comfortable without a doubt, but there was a strange smell each time we laid down and the cushion would compress and let out this weird smelling air. Other than that, great hospitality , would most definitely stay there again! Love the green everywhere!

A nice getaway”
Chose this hotel as a getaway for our 6th anniversary. We went on 10 Aug when the easing of Phase2 restrictions took effect, so I was looking forward to use the pool and gym. Unfortunately, only vaccinated visitors are allowed to use the gym. Luckily we could still use the pool which was huge and could be booked in a block of 2-hours. However, the jacuzzi did not seem to be functioning when we tried turning it on. We stayed in the pool view patio room. Not much of a pool view though as it's blocked by the hedges & plants which otherwise offered privacy. I had checked with the hotel upon booking to ensure there's no restriction to using the patio as what 1 of the reviewers had highlighted a few months back. We could rest at the patio but access to the pool is only through the main pool entrance. Do note that patio door will automatically lock once closed so do ensure u have the key card while chilling at the patio. The room was clean, cosy & nice. We received an anniversary card from the hotel & a cute complimentary cake. That's when the ants started showing up. Luckily we were already 3/4 through with the cake. So don't leave uncovered food & drinks unattended on the desk. The Dusit Thani app made it so convenient for us to place order for in-room dining, book facilities, request for room service and - the best part - request for bolster & pillows of our choice! They have a list of pillows which they name it the Dream menu. As what some reviewers had highlighted before, my only gripe is the absence of bidet in the toilet. Please consider installing them. We did not get to try the food as they're not Halal-certified but the coffee & teh tarik were nice. And there's plenty of Halal/Muslim-owned eateries nearby to order from. Parking is a bit of a hassle as we parked in the underground lot which has no lift access to the hotel. We had to take the stairs up and walked a bit to the lobby. Amazing resort stay. Let you feel that you are temporarily out of Singapore. Shuttle bus service to jewel or chingipoint. Crazy shopping at Changi point as it was a outlet shop. Cheap and discount item to purchase and with great food surrounding us. Overall it really an amazing stay, room was comfortable, swimming pool was beautiful, scenery was fantastic, breakfast on greenhouse was unforgettable. Love it... Most importantly it so child friendly. U paid for the quality stay!

Very new and nice hotel. Design of the pool is excellent. Nearby a a golf course view is superb. Can have sunrise view from the room also depending on the facing. Food is very nice also at the greenhouse restaurant but price a bit high. Then again it’s a very nice n high class hotel. So no complain on that. Quality is there. 👍 room very spacious and clean also.

Highly recommended & we are very fussy. We were absolutely thrilled with our short stay at this beautifully appointed resort. It was an Oasis on a much needed layover long haul trip. In fact we loved it so much, we are already planning our next stay in 2 weeks time so that its longer. We treated ourselves to massages at the dayspa & we were so happy we did, Pu and Lisa (I hope I have the names correct?) were amazingly good & it felt like one of the best massages we ever had!! This place looks like it is not somewhere in Singapore, if you are looking for a staycation that feels like you are overseas, this is the place to go. Had an amazing time there, the hotel room was clean and the bed was so comfy. The food was good too. Only regret is not booking a longer stay

Had a fantastic stay with my family. It really felt like a vacation away from Singapore. We absolutely love the spacious room, perfect for us with our baby and toddler. We also love the outdoor pool, it was not crowded at all. We made a prior booking for our swimming slot before arriving. All the staffs we encountered were very accomodating and friendly. Plenty of good options were available on Grab for food delivery, it was also close to the airport! 10/10 would come here again! Thank you for the amazing stay!

Unique swimming experience”
I love aeroplanes. Here in Dusit, I could swim and look at the aeroplanes flying above me! I love the jacuzzi feature along the poolside. The plants partition makes it feel like a private jacuzzi. The view of the hotel from the pool is very unique because the shape of the hotel is very different from the other hotels in Singapore. Our stay in the patio room is also wonderful. I am able to have my coffee at the patio. I love the coffee capsule provided in the room. The lobby is also very beautiful.

One night retreat”
I love the secluded location and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The room and service was warm and welcoming. However I have a few critiques. First, the carpark was located far in addition to the stairway so perhaps signs can be much more clearer and there should be a sheltered walkway from the carpark to the hotel for guests. Secondly, there were no one to mend the booking of the use of the cabana at the pool so perhaps it would be much easier if everything could be arranged at the pool reception when signing in to use the pool. Thirdly, a halal kitchen or separate use of utensils or plates could be accomodated for those who wanted to order breakfast or in-room dining. Lastly, a later check-out time at 2pm could be accomodated on an off peak stay. Overall, we had a well-rested stay and the selection of in-house movies and complimentary stocked bar, hygiene kit and tidbits were very much appreciated. It was the little details that made the stay special. So thank you Dusit Thani! 💓

A nice place to get away from the hustle of city life. Nice and quiet space plus very clean rooms with fantastic facilities. Dining is also a great experience especially for the buffet lunch/dinner which is value for money. The staffs are top notch and service orientated.

I booked a total of 3 rooms for my daughter and niece birthday staycation. Staff Nabilah was very professional and very polite while assisting us with check ins and other few small request. They did tried their best to put the 3 rooms side by side. The pool was amazing. The only issue is theres no handheld bidet.😅 Otherwise it was a pleasant and awesome stay! Sure to come back soon.

Kids Friendly Hotel”
We were there for a 2D1N stay. The hotel have great amenities. The pool is spacious and kids can have an option to play for one end to another end. The gym and the equipment are in top notch. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. We didn't dine there as food variety has no halal options. Nevertheless, it's worth the stay there. Will come back again for a longer stay.

The stay with Dusit was great as it's located at a place where it's away from the hustle and bustle of Singapore. The place is convenient with it's shuttle services. The only drawback was that the room's door are not extremely soundproof. We were able to hear our neighbors' conversations along the corridors (although indistinctive).
