The place was near Disneyland and DisneySea. Has several convenience stores nearby. A bus stop was right in front of the property. A big grocery store was nearby where you can buy fruits and affordable bento boxes.

very very basic hotel/hostel”

if you just need a bed to crash. saw many chinese people. advantage is that it's near to bus stops and convenience stores. free breakfast provided 6.30am to 9am (i woke up late and missed the cooked breakfast, but there was bread and coffee left). near to disneyland / disneysea. booked here last minute cuz everywhere else was full. was going to disneyland / disneysea with travel delightfully that provided me the awesome tickets with fast pass at a super deal.

Disney Experience”

Staff of the hotel are all friendly, helpful and accomodating to all our queries. The place is small compared to other hotels in the area but its ok. Facilities and surroundings are clean. Breakfast inclusion is ok and they were very quick in refilling the buffet station although the eating area is quite small if all the guest will be down at the restaurant at the same time, you will have difficulty getting a table.

Near to Disney Resort”

The resort is near to Kasairinkaikoen JR Station. From the station, taxi will cost you ¥710 and if you take bus, pay only ¥200. Walking will take you around 10-15 minutes (around 1km). From there, it is very convenience going to Disney Resort. Walk down to the right to Sogo Park bus stop, take bus no 7 and you will arrive at Disneyland within 15 minutes or Disneysea 3 minutes later. Bus ride cost you ¥300 per person while children under 6 is free of charge. Ask the hotel for the bus schedule. I highly recommend this hotel for those on tight budget.

Small room, but comfortable stay”

We chose this hotel because of its convenient location. Access to the bus to Disneyland is easy, yet the buses are always full of passengers when they arrive the nearby stop. We ended up taking taxi in order to save time, it's not too expensive if you are going in a group of 4 or 5. Staffs are friendly, and can speak good English, which is much better compared to other Japanese hotels.

great location but small room”

We enjoyed the times we spent there, cause it's located very close to Tokyo Disneyland & Disney Sea, and the bus station is just in walking distance. The hot water and air conditioner work just fine, and the staffs are friendly and helpful. We could shop to mini markets nearby and simply buy some beverages from vending machines in and around the hotel.

It’s a delightful place to stay. Staff are very helpful, accommodating, and very organize when you need other information. Food establishments are just nearby. Bus station to Disneyland and DisneySea is also near. It’s easy to get there from Narita airport by bus and is a short walk from Kansai bus Station where you will get off There’also a big shopping mall where you can get good gifts for family and friends called Ario which is just a 20-minute walk. Location is geneally quiet. And food for breakfast is tasty. It’s really value for money considering the quality of the service and the property as well. Will definitely recommend.

Very small room ”

Room is small plus no room to move around . Checking in was complicated due to Jon English speaking staff. Only advantage is a bit near to Tokyo Disneyland by bus. It located in sub urban area. Taxi fare to the hotel is enormously high. Hope there is uber in Tokyo ..

AWESOME!!”

This cute hotel made our trip to Tokyo Disneyland so easy and comfortable. First off, this is not a fancy hotel and it is not big on decoration but they make up for it in value and service. They are helpful with planning travel around the area and the bus stop for disneyland is down the street so the trip is a 8-10 minutes to the park. We showed up after midnight and we were able to check in despite it being so late, which many hotels in Tokyo don't allow. I lost my cell phone on the bus coming back from the park, I spoke with the front desk and they made a phone call to the bus depot. A driver dropped off my phone the next morning. Even when we decided to stay an extra night it only cost us an extra $10. They serve breakfast which is made up of pastries, yogurt, and some other traditional japanese food items like rice, salad, Etc... There is a seven-eleven nearby which is great for foreigners to use the international atms. If you are a budget traveler and visiting the parks, this is a great choice.

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are a little small but great for the price. The localion in ideal. The bus to Disney is a 4 min walk from the hotel. The breakfast was great. I recommend this hotel.

Poor quality”

It's really ridiculous that this place could not offer any Wifi for me. Also, the laptop put at the dining room failed to get linked to the Internet. I felt like I was in the jungle back in the 1980s. What's worse, I stayed here for two days, and they didn't fix the internet problem even on the next day!! From the metro station you need to take a very LONG walk to get to this hell place. I strongly suggested anyone who had booked this place run away quickly.

Not that near from Disney”

From Kasarinkaikoen JR Station, it is a 20min walk to the resort as told by the train station staff. It is NOT that near to the train station as I had thought. We took a cab instead to get to the resort and it cost 750 yen. The price is ok as there were 3 of us with 3 huge luggages. A 20-30min walk would have killed us. From the resort, there is a shuttle bus which cost 310 yen per trip and about 20min to get to Disney. The walk to the shuttle bus stop is about 5-10min, 2 traffic lights distance away. The front desk has a bus schedule posted on their notice board, do check it beforehand. The room was small, normal in Japan standard though. The bathroom came with a musky smell when we opened the bathroom door. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, which I think explains the smell. The bathtub gave squeaky sound when I stepped in it for a shower. It didn't look clean enough for me to take a bath in. The shower curtain came with black spots, which kinda disgust me. I tried not to touch the curtain when I showered. My bro nearly wanted to get us another hotel but it was late and I doubt there were any other hotels in the vicinity that had available rooms anyway. We stayed for 3 nights there eventually as planned. Didn't spend much time inside the hotel since we were in Disney for 2 full days. The hotel was just for sleeping and showering. There were a few 24hr convenience shops nearby. I paid less than SGD$40 per pax per night. I read some reviews that the hotel is really what you paid for, which I agreed. Can't complain much with this price. But the hotel nearly made me pay again when I checked in cos the staff didn't check his records properly. It would have been cheaper if I paid on the spot though so you might want to check out the resort's own website before booking. We didn't try the simple breakfast as we were always too late for it.

Budget friendly inn”

This inn is for budget friendly definitely not a 5 star hotel standard. Our stay was pleasant i recommend for travelers on the go but not for meticulous ones. Good place to rest and sleep not for dining and staycation.

Great budget hotel”

Me and my family had a great time staying in this hotel. It is clean, and only 1 ride to Disneyland (15-20 min by bus). We also love the buffet breakfast on the lobby. The staff helped us and told us where to go and even provided us maps for guide and bus schedules. Concierge can speak English, too. They just dont book for tour groups so be sure to book your tour (like Mt. Fuji)online. It is very close to the park where we saw different flowers, and nereby restaurants. Take taxi or bus to go to Kasai Station where you can find lots of resto and stores. For me, its like small Chinatown.

We stayed in Family Resort because it is an accessible route for Tokyo Disney . With 5 mins walk you will find the bus stop going to Disney . Rooms are small and is fit for just sleeping in . Breakfast is simple - miso soup , rice and egg , coffee .

when we opened the room door everyone smelt very weird smell, inside the room there are 2 air freshner, but still very stink! room is extremely small n you get only 1m wide x 2.5m walk way to your 2 double double bed. if you open your luggage you cannot walk at all. bathroom is old n stinky too, no toileries so bring your own. bed sheet is old and old quilt cover is like rain coat material. you can only climb over the bed to another bed, no walkway, there are a very small coffee table n an old tv hanging from the ceiling. we didn't expect something fancy bcoz we only come in to sleep at night, but this is definitely not what we've in mind. if you must book this place, u are advise to take the single and double bedroom. housekeeper clean our room the first day but did not clean up the second day. bad service. we chose this place because it’s nearer to disneyland. walk 5 min to the nearest bus stop and take disney bus to disneyland. if u are going to book the double double bed room please check the room occupancy and the # of ppl traveling, there may be hidden cost that the site never tell u. strongly not recommended!

I loved staying here! The location is fantastic for anyone heading to Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo Disney Sea. The manager/owner was very kind and so helpful. Told us exactly what we needed to get where we needed. The shuttle picks up for Disney right down the street (pink bus to and from. This is a budget hotel and the prices are incredibly reasonable for Tokyo and the location. He also gave me directions to board the bus across the street which took me to the Narita pickup. This was about $15 to take an express bus right to the airport! Very helpful. The room is nothing fancy but absolutely fine! Bed and pillows are a little firm but this can be expected throughout Asia. Some of my travel mates weren't thrilled with the complimentary breakfast but I thought it was absolutely perfect! They offer some Japanese style items but I stuck with cereal, yogurt, banana and orange slices, great little croissants (even a chocolate chip type) and apple and orange juice. Just enough for me to get my day started. Walking around the parks all day will wear you out! There is no reason to pay hundreds more if you're on a strict budget. I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to anyone in the area! Great stuff!

great, the bus stop is in front of this hotel. the room is clean and big enough. breakfast is great and near this place there's minimarket 24 hours. near to Disneysea,just take the bus in front of the hotel and then take the another bus directly to Disneyland and Disneysea.
