Great location”
The major attraction of this hotel is the location. It is just a minute walk from Higashi-Jujo station, which is on the Keihin Tohoku JR line (can use JR pass) that goes through Ueno (if you're coming from Narita Airport), Tokyo and Hamamatsucho (if you're coming from Haneda Airport. Only 10 mins walk to Jujo station on the Saikyo line (to go to Shinjuku). The place is cheap, and the staff are very friendly. The Wi-Fi is excellent, as well as the hot water and heating. Our room was clean and the linen provided was great too. The laundry facilities were also fantastic. Interestingly, the sink is located in the bedroom rather than the bathroom. Also, be aware that reception opens at 9 am and closes at 6 pm daily. The only negative was that the bed was positioned awkwardly in the room, taking up space and making it hard for us to unpack and access our luggage each day. Would stay here again on a return to Tokyo.

Superb Hotel”
I love the fact that this is the most affordable and decent hotel in Tokyo. It is very near to Higashi-Jujo Station North Exit & 7-11 which is only few steps away. Jujo Shopping Street is located quite near, within 10 mins walk and you can find plenty of food over there and along the way there. Also have 3 supermarkets at Jujo Shopping Street. Just remember that most of the shops closed at 8PM, but food shop and those bar are still open till quite late though. I will be staying in this hotel again whenever I go to Tokyo. Tips : try the Tokunai Pass if you are using JR Line to access most of the tourist destinations (Shinjuku, Shibuya, Tokyo Station, Ikebukuro, Akihabara, etc.) within a day, you’ll save lots of transport fee..

7/11 is just a walk away. Higashi-jujo station is just a minute away. Resto beside hotel. Ramen restos near the area. Mcdo & dunkin near also! Accessable area. Sure be going back here! :)

Hopefully I could go back to Japan and stay again in this hostel. 80m from subway station---- please use the S exit. Right infront is a 7/11 convenience store. Around the area there are Japanese restaurants.

like others said, the hotel is located just infront of the station, we enjoy walking to the JR station too, many eateries and shop lots along the walk, didn't try to cook, cause buying meals were quite convenient. Small and comfy for the price. i like that there's laundry area inside the property, so you don't have to carry a bag of clothes walking around the street. Only one thing to be cautious for, we change at Ikebukuro for most places we went, no trouble, but, it'll be packed at night, real packed until you cant even breath. So be back early if you don't want to miss the last train. Overall, we're satisfied for 5 nights we stayed. :)

The room was very small yet a bit pricey but the location is near the train station. The staff were also very helpful to teach the directions but are quite strict with time. Nevertheless, it was fine.

Good place to stay , easy access, with kitchen ”
The hotel is in nice location easy accessible to train. There are 2 stations one 70 m and another 600 m by walk. 7 eleven is just opposite to hotel and big Summit Store is located in 700 m so very convenient to get groceries. Hotel staffs are very friendly and we got the kitchen items which made our trip like stay at home. The hotel room is very small with advantage of folding the bed which gave us lot space. Weighting Machine was provided by hotel for us to pack our Check in Baggage which was an advantage. From here we covered places like Ueno Zoo , Sunshine Aquarium (costly) , LegoLand discovery center , Tokyo sea park (good than sunshine). i enjoy with my infant and wife. No Cleaning service , Self Garbage disposal located just outside the hotel. But all amenities provided on request. It was a pleasant and memorable stay.

Staff are all friendly and can speak english. They will try their level best to help you. Value for money. No frills hotel, but for what I paid, I don’t think , we have any complaint. Bear in mind, the smallest room is really small. So if you big size or tall, you might want to consider taking a bigger room. You have 2 options of station, the closest to the hotel is Higashi Jujo. Follow south exit, the hotel is just 2minutes away. No elevator, but for us its manageable eventhough we have big luggage. The other station is Jujo, maybe 5 minutes walk from the station. its direct train to shinjuku , shibuya and other tourist attractions. It just few stations away. We did purchased Tokunai pass, its 750yen and its a day pass for selected JR. If you are thinking to go few places like shibuya, shinjuku, ueno, harajuju in 1 day, you will save a lot on traveling by using this pass. Overall, we are really happy with our stay.

The Best Location outside from city”
FLEXSTAY near the JR train. You can walk around 100m from the hotel. And near Arakawa river that is a beautiful. I love view of my room that you can see the rail and Tokyo Sky Tower from here. It's very amazing.

We were amazed at the culture of the surrounding community during the cold months. Near two train stations that lead to anywhere you need to go in Tokyo. Is right across a convenience store. Rooms are quite small, however.
